Lotus Blanc Resort

A delightful experience at this top hotel. Staff very helpful. Breakfast fantastic. I have no hesitation in recommending Cambodia as must see destination.

What a beautiful resort! The swimming pool, food, massage parlor and various places to sit and have a bite to eat and drink provided a very restful and welcoming environment. The massages were terrific; the rooms were clean and beautiful.And David at the front desk was a gem. He speaks impeccable English, and is so friendly and welcoming and helpful with so many things like restaurant choices and where to go for certain items. A very peacefu, beautiful resort that surpassed my expectations.

The Lotus Blanc Resort is a beautiful resort located in Siem Reap. It has a great many amenities like a spa, swimming pool, pool bar and several restaurants. The rooms were modern, clean, spacious and rich in decor. Many thanks to David for all his recommendations, and the rest of the staff for making our stay at the Lotus Blanc so comfortable and welcoming.

A relaxing 4 night stay at this hotel. I arrived late evening and just made final orders at the bar (11pm).

The room is slightly dated, but the bed is very comfortable and the shower is really nice and powerful. I had a large balcony, but it didn’t have any furniture on it, which seemed very strange!

What confused me about this hotel is it essentially operates as 2 different buildings. I checked in at one building and when I tried to check out here, I was directed back to the other part! Not quite sure why it needs 2 reception desks!

The check out process is slow. Housekeeping go and check the room, surely holding a charge on your credit card would work better?

Breakfast was decent with friendly service, lots of international and Western dishes.

Location wise you probably need to get Tuk Tuks everywhere, but they were always there straight away when ordering them. Pub street about 10 mins ride away.

I did 2 tours and both picked up from the hotel without issue.

The hotel has a really nice relaxing pool area. I enjoyed my stay here.

5 ☆ We were throughly enjoyed our stay. Extended our check out from 12pm to 4pm to adjust with our flight out. Pick and drop off was efficient. Staff from reception desk, restaurant, gym room to porter were most polite and happy to assist.
We would recommend this to anyone looking for hassle free visit.

Had a wonderful few days at the Lotus Blanc Resort - wish we had more time here. All the staff have been absolutely wonderful, especially our car driver Sothat, our tuk-tuk driver Mr Soda, Adam the Manager and so many others that helped make our stay such a memorable experience. Communication both before and after we arrived was excellent

We were also upgraded to a suite which was huge and made our stay even more comfortable.

The hotel organised everything for us , visiting the temples, a trip to the stilted village at Kampong Kleang (this is not the village they usually take guests to, but one we were recommended by friends and well worth the longer journey) and reserving tickets for the Phare circus which was excellent.

This was our first DIY touring holiday and Lotus Blanc Resort made it so easy.

It's a little out from the town, but an easy tuk-tuk ride - we would just send a Whatsapp to Mr Soda and he always seemed to be available to drop us off/pick us up.

The people are so amazingly friendly and it's made us want to see more of Cambodia. If we are ever back in Siem Reap, we'd stay here again

Cambodia was initially an addition to our "bucket list" Thailand trip, and it quietly became the soul of our journey.

Our stay at Lotus Blanc Resort offered calm, comfort and genuine warmth: beautiful grounds, peaceful rooms, and staff who treated our experience as something personal rather than transactional.

Given the country’s history of conflict and upheaval, Siem Reap feels like a place reborn. Gentle, proud, and quietly extraordinary. Tourism may be growing, but the care, attention to detail, and kindness feel deeply individual, as if every guest reflects on them personally.

Stayed for four nights with great staff but hotel very tired and is in need of refurbishment. Excellent pool but insufficient sun loungers and poor quality for guests. Breakfast is average, internet very intermittent and hotel is a tuk tuk ride from the centre. My advice is to choose another hotel.

From the moment we arrived at Lotus we knew it was something special.
The staff all greeted us with the most welcoming smiles. We ere check-ins in quickly and efficiently.
We were given our room keys and taken to our room where a great surprise was waiting.
The room was very spacious, the bathroom lovely, the view from the balcony over looked the amazing pool area.
The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, so much so we stayed form another meal the following evening instead of venturing into the town.
Drinks around the pool were plentiful and always served with a smile and a chat.
The actual vibe is very calming and tranquil.
Entertainment in the evening was also very good.
As we were leaving they were setting up for a wedding which looked dreamy.
I would absolutely recommend the Lotus Blanc Hotel.

If we are ever in Siem Reap again, we will defiantly book into the hotel again.

Service was amazing, nice and clean rooms and hotel. Everytime we needed something, they always helped us right away. They looked after me and my family very well and we are very grateful. We would definitely come back.

The Lotus Blanc resort is ideally situated for exploring Siem Reap and also offers lovely grounds and a pool for relaxation after touring the temples. The:staff were all welcoming and friendly. Kanika was particularly helpful in assisting us with reservations for APOPO as well as dinner at a nearby hotel along with a show featuring traditional Cambodian dances.
The rooms at the Lotus Blanc are comfortable and the food in the restaurant is good too. I would highly recommend the Lotus Blanc.

A hotel can be defined by its staff. At the Lotus Blanc you will receive a very warm welcome and all of the staff are so attentive, polite, efficient and caring. The service is outstanding. In particular, Kanika, has been truly exceptional. She greeted us at our check in upon arrival and she has been outstanding in addressing and very quickly and efficiently resolving the minor issues we had. She continued to check with us throughout our stay and provided us with a lot of very helpful information about the hotel and the area. Her friendliness and professionalism rates far more than 5 stars. The hotel is showing a few signs of its age but the atmosphere and superb service mean that any minor shortcomings are of no relevance. The overall feeling is one of great value, pleasure and positivity. The tuc tuc service is super efficient too and good value. Even though the hotel is a little way from the city centre, accessibility is not an issue. A very happy and comfortable stay.

The hotel was great throughout ……. It had a very relaxed and peaceful aura throughout our stay

It represented excellent value , the staff were superb and could not do enough to help (Mr sohKim was awesome) , it has its own fleet of tuk tuks always available , the food was very good especially the breakfast .

There were three areas to eat and drink

1. Coco bar by the pool
2. A la carte restaurant in the hotel
3. Siso bar and Grill

We enjoyed food and drinks at all three and would recommend them all

The rooms were spacious and comfortable …… my only recommendation would be an update to the TVs in the room to allow for streaming services at some time in the future

The pool was a great way to relax and the facilities and staff in that area were good although some of the parasols are a little tired and occasionally as everyone comes back from trips to the temples it can be a little difficult to guarantee a sunbed so maybe add a few more to the hotel side of the pool ?

All in all we would recommend this hotel to fellow travellers either for a short or extended stay .

The staff couldn't do enough to make us comfortable and we're happy to arrange trips and transport to suit us.

Lotus Blanc Hotel/resort made for a wonderful stay in Siem Reap. We extended our stay because it was so perfect. From the beautiful large room, great buffet breakfast, great dinners, poolside service and especially the wonderful staff. We won’t forget their kindness and smiling faces.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and very attentive at all times. The breakfast offered a large variety of options and was delicious. Our room was very beautiful and comfortable, and the hotel facilities were also great. The location is perfect — very central and convenient. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!
