Franchement, c'est pas top , il n'y a qu'un seul ascenseur qui marche, les cartes des chambres sont remplacées par des clés et on entend le bruit de l'ascenseur depuis la chambre 505.l’eau chaude ça march pas Et le prix que j'ai payé, 93 euros, soit 1013 dirhams, c'est beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est.

The restaurant, lobby and common areas were fine. Breakfast was amazing! Big portions and many options integrated as a Moroccan breakfast. Also, we exchange money in front desk which it was very convenient.
Our room was sketchy :( balcony doors didn’t close, bathroom outdated and carpet in the room very dusty. Room were not maintained in good condition and we felt uncomfortable (we just booked 1 night here and I wouldn’t book it again 😓)
Good location, close to the Shopping Centre with a Carrefour supermarket. Also close to the Plaza Guilez. Original hotel, we stayed in a suite that offered a good size terrace/balcony. Excellent breakfast with friendly staff.
Only gripe was the taxi we organised through the hotel to and from the airport. When we arrived it cost 210dh, when we left it was 130dh. Not sure why it differed. But it saved the hassle of sorting our own out.
The staff were very friendly and the room and shared areas were clean and tidy. It is an older hotel but is well maintained. Our room was at the back of the hotel so no view as such but very quite. There was a small balcony as well.
Breakfast service was a bit strange. You are given a tray with a selection of croissant, jam, yogurt, spreading cheese and baguette on it. Coffee to order and omelette to order as well. I don't like croissant so there was too much food for me and it took up a lot of space on the table.. The omelettes were not prepared in the dining area so must be transported from somewhere else in the hotel. The food itself was good.
It would seem better if they ran a buffet self selection in the dining area so you can take what you like and leave what you don't. Maybe even have someone cooking the omelettes to order in the dining room might be an feature..
Not a big deal, just my thoughts.
The staff were all friendly especially Tahir on reception.
He gave us directions to places to visit and places we should visit.
The location was good to get around.
Most of our stay was good.
Just a little disappointed with the breakfast as not much choice.

Bardzo miła obsługa, dużo uśmiechu i serdeczności. Udało nam się sprawdzić dwa pokoje, obydwa w porządku. Jest to, czego potrzeba na kilka dni. W środku cicho, ledwie słychać miasto za oknem. Nie jest to najnowszy hotel czy wysokiej klasy, ale wystarczy. Duże wygodne łóżka, sejf. Smaczne śniadanie, obfite. Codziennie mała zmiana menu, mała, ale zawsze da się coś wybrać i najeść na pół dnia. Polecam.
Nice hotel located in the modern part of town, but 10 minutes by taxi from Jamma El Efna square. Nice room with balcony, comfy bed and a bathroom with tub and bidet, thing I never got in my ten days road trip in Morocco
No kettle and a breakfast buffet would be pleasant than the breakfast on plate
