Nettes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern und tollem Frühstück
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer mit ruhigem Blick zur Seitenstraße. Sehr schönes Bad. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Personal sehr freundlich. Straßenbahn hält vorne vorm Hotel. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut!

In jedes Zimmer wurden zusätzlich Ventilatoren gestellt, damit die Hitze am vergangenen Wochenende etwas erträglicher wird.

waren schon öfter in diesem Hotel, kommen gerne wieder
Cons:

die Ausstattung der Zimmer mit Klimaanlage wäre toll, beim Parkplatz 5 ist die Stange in der Mitte eine Katastrophe. Diese sorgt dafür, dass man nach dem rückwärts einparken kaum noch aus dem Auto aussteigen kann. Kann man diese Stange entfernen?

Der Aufenthalt war gut aber nicht perfekt um wieder zukommen.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt in Pankow, Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür, Rewe befindet sich sofort gegenüber. Das Personal war freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber, groß genug, praktisch eingerichtet. Leider ohne Klimaanlage- bei den Sommerlichen Temperaturen war das Schlafen im heißen Zimmer unmöglich, keine Minibar- die kalten Getränke, die man sich bei Rewe für die Nacht geholt hat wurden in weniger als einer Stunde warm! Die Zimmerreinigung hat stattgefunden aber nicht bei uns, wir waren immer um 16 Uhr wieder im Haus aber die Reinigungsteams waren bis zu uns nicht vorgedrungen. Wir waren in der ersten Etage. Wir waren von Samstag bis Dienstag dort und haben an keinem Tag erlebt das man es geschafft hätte wenigstens den Müll abzuholen, schade. Das Hotel ist hübsch eingerichtet, das Frühstück kostet extra- haben wir aber nicht gebucht, wir waren auf der Eberswalder Straße Frühstücken. Die Hotel Bar daneben war für eine Veranstaltung ausgebucht so konnten wir dort nichts Trinken gehen am Abend. Das Check in lief Problemlos, wir haben um 14 Uhr eingecheckt also nicht draußen am Automaten.

Cons:

Die Zimmer haben weder eine Minibar noch Klimaanlage. Nur auf Anfrage bekommt man einen Ventilator, was uns wunderte war das in den anderen Zimmern ( bei offenen Türen im vorbeigehen gesehen) große Standventilatoren und kleine vorhanden waren aber bei uns nichts, erst als wir die Reinigungsdamen gefragt haben bekamen wir zwei kleine. Bei so heißen Temperaturen sollte man die Zimmer sofort damit ausstatten.

Pros:

We greatly appreciated the room size as hotel rooms in Europe are normally smaller. We were also very grateful that there was a fan in the room since it was very hot the day we visited. And lastly, we were super happy to be able to check in early. Thank you so much!

Pros:

Saubere Zimmer und zuvorkommendes Personal. Frühstück mit guter Auswahl. Normal. Nichts exotisches. Aber vollkommen ausreichend.

Cons:

Bei 34°C unter dem Dach. Vollkommen unmöglich. Das Haus wirkte nicht ausgebucht.
