Das Zimmer war sauber und das Hotel war direkt in der Innenstadt zentral.

Cons:

Die Kommunikation und die Organisation im Hotel war sehr schlecht.
Bei CheckIn war kein Zimmer bereit, wir mussten über 1h von Zimmer zu Zimmer laufen und mit dem Personal telefonieren.
Der checkIn war eine Katastrophe, dinge die einem per Mail zugesagt wurden, waren dann plötzlich nicht mehr machbar.

Zentral, gut mit öffentl. Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Super für Besuche des Kurhauses/Theater.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt etwas versteckt in einem Durchgang. Die Lage ist bestens, ca. 3-4 Fußminuten vom Kurhaus entfernt. In der Nähe ist eine sehr schöne und gute Brasserie. Das Hotel liegt nördlich vom Bahnhof. Mit öffentlichem Verkehr vom Bahnhof aus sehr gut und ohne Umsteigen zu erreichen (Wir nahmen die Linie 1 ab der Bushaltestelle B, rechts nach der Unterführung bzw. dem Überqueren der großen Straße aus dem Haupteingang des Bahnhofs kommend, Ausstieg Nähe Kurhaus). Das Hotel liegt links, abgehend von eine Art Platz (Burgstr./An den Quellen). Das Hotel ist praktisch aufgegliedert. Vorne Glastür mit Öffnungscode außerhalb der normalen Zeiten, ansonsten offen. Portiersloge direkt nach dem Eintreten. Links das Frühstückszimmer. Rechts geht es gleich in den Nebenraum mit Aufzug zu den Zimmern. Zimmer sind mit Allem ausgestattet. Doppelbett, Tisch, Sessel, Fernseher an der Wand. Großer Fenstertür mit Verdunkelungsvorhang. Es gibt eine Garderobe, und einige Einbauschrankteile. Das Bad ist ansprechend mit Dusche und großem Waschbecken und allem drum und dran. Noch etwas zur Lage. Wer relativ gut zu Fuß ist kann recht leicht und schnell in die Stadtmitte mit tollen Geschäften, Bistros und Restaurants laufen. Ansonsten kann man dort mit Bussen gut die weitere Umgebung erkunden. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut. Wir haben übrigends in der Brasserie gefrühstückt auf französische Art (sehr gut).

Cons:

Nichts was mir während unserem Kurzbesuch aufgefallen wäre. Zur Parkplatzsituation kann ich nichts sagen, da wir nicht mit dem Auto angereist sind.

De ligging middenin het centrum is perfect. Ontbijt is minimalistisch maar vers. Als je niet teveel eisen stelt aan een hotel, maar meer aan de omgeving/ restaurants ervan, is het zeker een aanrader vanwege de prijs.

Cons:

De kamers zijn wat gedateerd, badkamer opzich wel schoon maar door de tijd zichtbaar verouderd (schimmelrandjes douche). Bedden kunnen beter, veren zijn na twee nachten goed voelbaar in je rug.

Aufenthalt mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in der Innenstadt

Freundlicher Service, sauber und gastorientiert
Es war alles da, was man brauchte und funktionierte tadellos. Super Lage in der Innenstadt!

Cons:

Bei relativ dünnen Wänden wäre es schön, wenn die anderen Gäste sich nachts dementsprechend rücksichtsvoll benehmen könnten.

Thieves. They stole 450 euros from my room
Pros:

I had a short business trip so I took a room here because of the location was close to my work. So only the location was good. Rooms were fine. Everything else was horrible.

Cons:

The most unprofessional staff I have ever seen and they also thieves. I left my room for less than 1 hour in the morning and when I came back around 450 euros were stolen from my wallet in my room. It was definitely someone from the staff who knew I went out because I was out for only 40 minutes. That person saw me leaving and had the code for my room and entered and took my money! What worse is that the staff and receptionists acted like they couldn’t do anything and denied anyone going into my room. I asked for the cameras to be checked and they claimed no one entered. I filed a police report and hopefully they will be able to do something about it. But bottom line is, don’t go to this hotel unless you would like to experience robbery first hand. They are all thieves and i would be surprised if this is a grand scheme between several staff members. Those who go in to steal and the security that tampers with the security cameras.

Cons:

La recepcionista bastante desagradable,muy mala atención.

La llegada al hotel con el coche para dejar las maletas mal,solo se podía estacionar 3 minutos y la recepcionista no nos lo dijo hasta después de ver la sanción en el parabrisas del coche.

El buffet muy escaso,no vale para nada la cantidad que nos cobraron.

Y las mantas que nos dejaron por si teníamos frío en la habitación muy sucias
