Un hotel "in transizione" da una gestione familiare ai canoni della moderna hotellerie
Pros:

L'hotel Bellavista è il classico esempio di "struttura in transizione" da una gestione familiare vecchio stile ai canoni della moderna hotellerie. La struttura riflette questa transizione: molte camere sono state in buona parte rinnovate, gli interni e gli esterni del palazzo hanno avuto una rinfrescata. L'hotel ha di per sé caratteristiche non facili da trovare in costiera: è panoramico, ha una piscina, una piccola SPA, un parcheggio, un rinomato ristorante. Basta questo per renderlo attrattivo. Le camere, in parte rinnovate, hanno un ottimo sistema di climatizzazione, le dimensioni sono vecchio stile (quindi camere un po' più larghe), ma sopratutto: la vista. La vista vale il costo, vale tutto. La piscina per fortuna è aperta fino a sera (ore 20.00) così come la piccola SPA, che è un plus della struttura.

Cons:

La transizione di cui si diceva prima va però completata: il servizio deve passare da essere attento ma familiare a più internazionale. Le camere vanno insonorizzate meglio perché è bene notare che l'albergo affaccia sulla statale della costiera sorrentina, che essendo l'unica strada per muoversi in costiera è trafficata a tutte le ore. Questo può essere molto noioso sopratutto nei piani bassi, dove arriva perfino lo smog. Alcuni interni necessitano di una rinfrescata, sopratutto i corridoi, la vista dei cortili interni che si vede dalla piscina e l'intera area della piscina stessa. Il wi-fi va potenziato, così come sulla colazione si potrebbe fare uno sforzo in più. Nella sede di un ristorante rinomato come il Francischiello non è pensabile offrire il caffè dalla macchinetta o succhi di frutta che non siano freschi...

Great stay and kids loved it!!!
Pros:

Loved the beds, shower, pool and restaurant. It was also incredibly clean. We had a car and there was ample parking. Some reviews complained about noise at night but they have installed shutters that ensure little noise is heard and completely blacks out room.

Privelistea in primul rand, curatenia, personalul prietenos, stilul autentic al hotelului, piscina.

Cons:

Hotelul este situat direct la sosea, iar ferestrele nu sunt foarte bine izolate fonic. Noaptea se aude destul de tare galagia pe care o fac scuterele si masinile. De asemenea, conexiunea WiFi nu este foarte buna.

Superb stay
Pros:

The hotel was in a beautiful position on the hillside out of the bustle of the town. The view from our room was gorgeous overlooking the bay to Capri. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and restaurant were excellent.

Lovely stay, beautiful views, check location before booking.
Pros:

I’d read the reviews before hand which are all true. The staff are super helpful, the food in the bar and restaurant was delicious.

Cons:

Having to get the bus anywhere was a bit of a chore, no aircon and standing room only was tough when so hot. It’s also on a very busy road so lots of fast traffic outside our bedroom window.
I should have done more research in terms of its location.
