Very disappointing as I had stayed there many years previously and was looking forward to
Pros:

Meals from The Harridans were very adequate and with plentiful choice.
The location central to the Hunter vineyards was pleasant.

Cons:

The room was very dated: cupboard doors that didn't align, rusty hinges, rust on element of the jug, door handle to bathroom was loose, mould on floor of bathroom, shower screen doors off the runners, soap containers pointing to the wall were inoperable, cupboard doors unaligned as hinges were loose, toilet seat did not fit the base, lower seat part did not stay up without holding it, cupboard handles need tightening, bed was not made properly just pulled up, pillows did not fit pillow covers.

Staff were great, food was good, great location

Cons:

Room in general, badly designed, cold, noisy.
In need of a bit of TLC, very soft/uncomfortable bed, very poor shower doors. Had to change rooms as shower doors not good, second room wasn't much better

Welcomed, happy and amenities good.
Pros:

I loved that the rooms were big, the mattress on the bed was amazing, it was close to some night entertainment meaning minimal travel, good meals, it was great.

Invest in makeover
Pros:

Outlook to the vineyard's.

Cons:

Very old. Beds too soft and saggy. Bathrooms needs a total redo. A bit too noisy from the pub.
