Literally zero communication.
Pros:

Nothing, I didn't go.

Cons:

I tried for 8 hours to contact these people and they did not pick up the phone, or reply to the email, or reply to my cancelation request. They basically stole my money. Pretty sure the phone number on file here doesn't work at all.

I like this motel so much I stayed there both nights coming and going back to California.
Pros:

I traveled with a large 85 lb dog and it was great that there actually was a Motel that would allow that. He was quiet and I was given a room near the rear door so that I could take the dog outside to use the bathroom. Along those lines the large areas of grass made it easy to take him for a little walk.

Pros:

Beds were comfortable, side access door convenient, price was ok.

Cons:

The bathtub was clogged, by the end of the shower I was standing in ankle deep water.
There was BLOOD on the wall by the toilet.....
The door opened even without the key, just press and push 🤦‍♀️ and the stupid door stop engaged every time I tried to leave the room.
Floor looked dingy enough that I didn't let the kids walk barefoot.
Breakfast hours ended earlish - 9am - we got there by 8:40 and not much was left to eat. Some things got refilled when requested but I lucked out off eggs, I was told there will be no more with a shrug.
Some towels were dyed pink (not a problem, but noticeable when you expect hotel whites)

Not bad but not great.
Pros:

Big rooms nice size tv and non carpeted floors.

Cons:

Room floor was gritty so had to walk in room with slides on. Bed sheets were dirty and had hair on them. Water pressure was good but tub was slow draining.
