It was in a good location the hotel was clean and the beds was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly
The room was nice but very overpriced . For nearly £700 you would expect breakfast included to say the least. Staff on reception were really helpful.. location was really good.
The fact on our second day the room didn’t get cleaned till gone 4pm which was very disappointing considering I have spent all this money on the stay. I had to tell reception on the way out that night. When I returned at 11 pm we had fresh everything little too late!!! One young lady serving behind the bar was a little rude, didn’t catch her name.
Great location, wonderful staff, upgraded me to a fantastic high-floor corner room with incredible views. Great breakfast. Everything was super clean and very quiet.

Location was fab. Nice touch doing drinks whilst waiting to check in. The restaurant, bar and lounge was very nice. I also liked the size of our room.

Location to Piccadilly station and arndale shopping centre
Decent size room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Clean bathroom with toiletries. Fridge. Iron and ironing board. Plenty of hangers. A nice warm cookie on check in.
The room was a little noisy 1) could hear metro line. 2) from doors slamming or movement in room above. So not the best nights sleep. Also lacking a dressing table/chair with mirror at seating height for doing hair and makeup

The location is ex excellent for what we were needing the hotel for.
Where the breakfast has a large selection of choice the cooked food is the typical catering style hotel breakfast, so overcooked and bland.

Rezervasyonumu yaparken çok yorgun olduğum için saat 11-12 arası giriş yapmak istediğimi belirttim otele geldiğimde odamın hazır olduğunu fakat erken giriş yapabilmem için 20 sterlin ödemem gerektiğini aksi taktirde saat 15:00 den önce alınamayacağımı iletmeleri üzerine dehşet bir şok’a girdim dünya üzerinde 100 ülke gezdim ve bir çok otelde kaldım hazır olan bir odadan ücret istenmesi tam bir müşteriye yapılan saygısızlık olduğunu düşünüyorum ve bunun hilton ailesinede yakışmadığını düşünüyorum
