Very comfortable bed in a spacious bedroom.

Decent quality and varied breakfast
Unfortunately the hotel's entire aircon system was out of order for the duration of my stay, which was during a heatwave in the UK. I was not informed of this upon check-in and only discovered this the following morning after appalling sleep. They then provided a small fan, but the room was still way too hot. They did not offer any discount even when I asked at checkout.
The bar area is dominated by large TV screens with sport on. Absolutely ruins the atmosphere! Luckily the Mal bar opposite was much nicer.
Pillows were too soft
We arrived to find that there was no air conditioning working in the whole of the hotel. This had been a problem since the weekend but no one had contacted us to advise if the situation. In the heat wave which the country is having this was totally unacceptable! Not even a fan to be offered.

Frühstück war überschaubar. Kein Parkplatz mehr vorhanden, da alle belegt gewesen sind. Dann folgte Suche nach öffentlichem Parkhaus. Darf in so einem Hotel meines Erachtens nicht passieren. Man sollte bei der Buchung den Gast dann fragen ob ein Parkplatz benötigt wird.

The suite was spacious and clean. There’s plenty of transport links surrounding the hotel, so it’s ideal for concerts (could see Etihad from our room!) In the suite we had two beds, large bathroom, two tables and a ‘complimentary’ mini bar.
The fact I paid so much money for the room to then be told at reception that the room is ready but check in is in one hour. We were told we had to pay to access the room or hang around for an hour. Usually wouldn’t mind leaving the bags but why tell us? And why charge someone who has paid a significant amount already! Scam!
