Definitely recommend
Pros:

Staff are very friendly and helpful, our room was very clean and I enjoyed the mac and cheese from the restaurant.

Cons:

We found the room far too hot even with the air conditioning at its lowest setting

Had a fantastic stay thank you to the staff on reception excellent service from arrival to departure

Clean and modern

Cons:

Arrived at 1 and asked if room was ready. They said yes but would have to pay £20 surely if the room is ready you should be aloud in without extra charge.

Other than that the stay was perfect, clean, polite staff

Good overall, restaurant overpriced for 'ok' food. Overall cost a little too high.
Pros:

The room was good, bathroom was huge but no underfloor heating and all white so felt cold and unwelcoming.

Cons:

Couldn't get on the Wifi as my credentials weren't recognised. Reception managed to sort it out after several attempts but due to poor 4G/5G, this caused problems for us.

Great hotel, good location. Staff great apart from one called Mo
Pros:

Great location. 2 lads behind the desk were great and so was the bar women on the night time. Room was lovely as well.

Cons:

A man called Mo was very unwelcoming and rude. Walked around with an angry look on his face and I heard multiple guests say the same thing. It’s a shame as the rest of the staff were great!
