Coffee in the room. It’s 2026 please don’t make me start my day with instant coffee sachets in a four star hotel that’s ridiculous

Exactly what I wanted great location clean great staff especially the guy in the bar and restaurant think he was called
Pros:

Location breakfast is very good as well nice clean room

Cons:

Can be a bit noisy with the window open due to its city centre location and on the back rooms where we were it had the tram running but I’m not picking here

Fantastic, rooms where clean warm and comfortable, staff went above and beyond, opposite Piccadilly train station so ideal for travelling, highly recommend.

Location, breakfast was really good, modern hotel and very clean

Cons:

Check in was 3pm, we arrived at 1:45 and were offered early check in for £20 per room, if the room was ready then surely we should have been able to check in ?
