Locatie is echt geweldig. Gelukkig had ik ook een parkeerplek onder het hotel kunnen krijgen. Hierna heb je de auto niet meer nodig en loop je zo de stad in. Het hotel zelf is echt schoon en goed.
Ik had een mooie hoekkamer op een hoge verdieping waardoor ik mooi de stad kon zien.
Helaas door werk niet heel lang hier kunnen verblijven, maar wellicht een volgende keer weer!
Het enige wat ik kan bedenken is dat het bed voor mij aan de korte kant was. Ik ben bijna 2 meter en gewend om in een bed van 220cm te liggen. Maar daar heb ik in 99% van hotels last van.
Comfortable beds, quiet room with no noise and all the basics done well, like bathroom, blacked out curtains, TV excellent. Fridge had complementary waters and staff all very responsive and helpful. Location. Excellent right next to picadilly station.
Toilet button but finicky to flush, small point
I was welcomed with a warm cookie on arrival. The check in process was quick and easy. Everything was fully explained. It was clean and quiet. There was a leak in the bathroom sink Which was fixed within 10 minutes of reporting it.

Bar staff very helpful and polite.
Breakfast was really nice, plenty of choice and well organised.
The food could be hotter
And the air conditioning in the restaurant was to much and made the food cold it isn't needed.
The room was clean and plush with a table in it, and the shower dispensers and breakfast was nice
I asked if someone could help with my luggage and they offered me a luggage trolley, but I would have liked someone to help me. I should have pushed a bit more I suppose, as someone may have been able to help.

Everything from the staff who were amazing & then the location ..the rooms were immaculately clean ..stunning hotel ..just a 2min walk from the train station ..loved it ..will definitely be rebooking ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Ligging vlakbij station en dichtbij het centrum. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Jammer dat we aan de drukke straatkant lagen, waardoor we s nachts het raam moesten sluiten. Airco werkte gelukkig heel prettig.

Had to ask for soya milk for room though stated when checking in.
