Pros:

I was late to book in was meant to be there around 1am put my flight was delayed so didn't get there till 3.30 am the first thing the night porter said was would I like a free late check out . A could not but was nice to have it overed , lovely place to stay near Piccadilly station and the centre of the city

Shower gel was empty when we checked in. Not noticed until in the shower. Not ideal.
