It was disgusting gross and filthy. This hotel needs to be closed down

Nothing at all.

Cons:

I didn’t like the bugs in the room I don’t like the dirty wash cloth found under the. Bathroom vanity I didn’t like the pill found on the floor I didn’t like the fact that everytime I went to get into the room I had to go to desk to get the card recharged and I don’t like the holes mold and stained mattress in the pill out couch. And I definitely didn’t like the fact that the owner told me to stay or go he didn’t care.

I liked the location, it was close to where we needed to get to.

Cons:

The “spa” was like lukewarm bath water and the elevator didn’t work, our room had garbage in the closet and under a bed from previous guests, and we checked out a day early and still haven’t gotten a refund over a month later.

Pros:

The desk clerk Thursday and Friday 7 to 3 shift was fantastic. The desk clerk on Wednesday when we tried to check in said to us and
Wax ac rude as rude could be. We have stayed there before but we will never stay there again. The gentleman who runs the breakfast did a fantastic job b and he is is to be greatly appreciated! The bed was also very uncomfortable!

Didn’t eat breakfast the evening staff very friendly helpful tv technician polite helpful ease of room location

The spa tub filter and outlets disgusting the day staff not helpful indifferent the sour smell in the hallways and loud noise every day sounded like laundry whirling sound tv not working properly took 3 days to get changed out

Disaster
Pros:

It was close to where we were going.

Cons:

This property was clearly renovated. However, paint flakes were everywhere. Because it was coming off of the wall in the bathroom and other places. Where they painted over places that should have actually been fixed properly period Wi-Fi and television did not work. And when calling the desk, Virginia had nothing to say and sat silent. Other than saying that another guest had also complained period when asked if she could possibly do anything. Her reply was " i guess I could call them". Eventually comma due to her lack of action comma people gathered in the lobby to complain and the police were called and people were arrested. I will never return.
