DISGUSTING! RUN!

The first room they gave me, as soon as I opened the door the smell of fish was so strong, the toilet had blood and feces all over it. They claimed the room had been cleaned.... I said it absolutely was not... so they gave me another room. The toilet was clogged so I reported this to the lady at the front. She was short with a very short hair cut like a mans hair cut. 5 hours later I returned with my new Marine after his graduation and the toilet was still clogged and had by then made the entire room smell absolutely disgusting. She had a nasty attitude with me. She rolled her eyes at me and said I dont know what to tell you theres no maintenance on site and then handed me a plunger. No daily cleaning services were provided during the stay either.
The man on my floor was given a room without pipes under the sink. Water was leaking every where. They gave him 3 more rooms, all of which were occupied already! Finally on the 5th attempt he was given a room that wasnt occupied and had pipes under the sink. This was the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff was rude and unclean, the rooms were disgusting and not clean, the door keys do not work I was continuously needing replacements, the pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, the hot tub was not even warm. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE

Very courteous and friendly front desk staff and gentlemen who tended to breakfast. He always checking of if everything was okay.

Cons:

The hotel smelled musty upon first entering the lobby. The ice machine upstairs was not working, The treadmill was not functional, the pool appeared not clean, room floor and rug were very dirty. Luckily, I brought sanitizing wipes so I cleaned the floors myself because it was late at night and was there for my grandson’s graduation from Parris Island USMC. The bathtub was draining very slowly.

Cons:

This hotel is under some sort of construction, redo, or foreclosure, I can't decide which. No outlets beside the beds for phone charging, shower, AC never got cold, toilet wasn't even up to ADA code, no fart fan!

Comfort Suites is a wonderful place to stay.
Pros:

My family and I stayed at this hotel. To attend my nephew’s graduation. Comfort Suites is a wonderful place to stay. My family and I loved the location . The people were very friendly and professional. The room was very clean, roomy, and comfortable. Restaurants are in walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to any one who needs a place to stay.

The breakfast section could have been better.

Shower was good

Cons:

Bed mattress was thin. Maybe 6-8 inches. Felt like a matress off of a folding couch. If not for box spring would have been VERY uncomfortable
