Pros:

Great city view from the 17th floor, nice breakfast.

Cons:

No soap by the bathroom sink, couldn't wash hands. A bit shabby surfaces with stains in the main room.

Great location, beautiful rooms, helpful staff, wonderful food, and very relaxing spa!
Pros:

I stayed in the hotel with my nephew. We loved the breakfast buffets, our view of the harbor, the location, and especially the spa! The staff were also very kind and helpful.

Cons:

I booked through Booking.com and there wasn't any mention of the Spa not being included in the cost for our rooms. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time, but it worked out fine and we just paid for the days we used the spa.
