Staff made the stay better. Hotel could be cleaner
Pros:

The staff was nice. The breakfast was as good

Cons:

Was not the cleanest. Beds are uncomfortable. Pool areas small. Not a lot of towels and wasn’t very clean. We had issues with our neighbors being up late and being super loud

If we were not sick, it would have been much better...:(
Pros:

The location is great for what we needed to be and where we needed to be.

Cons:

We were supposed to stay 3 nights and only stayed for one night because 3 of the 4 of us got sick. After returning home we found two of had Covid. I was supposed to get 1 night refunded to me, but it never happened.

Cons:

The water wasn't hot, luke warm at best. The beds were way too firm. My back hurt from the hardness of the mattress

Excellent for the price
Pros:

Complimentary breakfast was wonderful. The ladies running that was on point. Kept everything full and going. Room was nice and comfortable. Some repairs may need to tighten some screws and bolts

Cons:

Check in staff was not welcoming or friendly. When approached that seemed annoyed with your presence. Couple of things need repairs in the room

Great stay!
Pros:

Very nice accomodations. Big rooms, very comfortable bed and pillows. My mom also had a microwave and refrigerator. I felt safe while here, as well. I would definitely stay here again!

Can't think of a thing.

It was quiet and the staff was super nice. Affordable, comfy bed

Cons:

There was a bug on the floor in my room. The door wouldn’t open if you pushed the handle down. You had to push it up. The bathroom door hit the shower curtain rod. The shower walls had cracks in it. The patching on the ceiling and walls was really poorly done. My Apple Watch fell behind the night stand and when I moved it to pick it up there was a condom (new, still in the wrapper) behind the nightstand. Curtains didn’t do a very good job blocking out the sunlight. The pillows were pretty terrible.. not firm at all, feather pillows so you have to use quite a few for support. Bathroom door had quite a bit of damage on it including a spot where a hook was ripped out of the door

I will be back!
Pros:

Staff were friendly and it was out of the way of the business of the city. The breakfast was also nice.

Cons:

The elevator made some pretty interesting noises and noise traveled freely from room to room.

We had a great stay, comfortable bed, great room size, good breakfast and super friendly staff!
Pros:

Very convenient to the highway but far enough away to have no road noise

Cons:

There really wasn’t anything, it has obviously been updated to a certain extent but still is a little outdated but it was clean!

Cons:

The room was cold and uncomfortable, and the heater didn’t work properly. The staff was rude when I asked for help, and the room overall didn’t match the cleanliness or quality shown online. My stay was stressful and not worth the money I paid.
