The staff was absolutely amazing, very upfront and honest about everything that was going on. They were very willing and more the happy to accommodate to any inconveniences they may have caused

Cons:

Please beware of the pool, department of health and sanitation deemed it unsanitary and unsatisfactory. Also please beware of the food I found hair in my breakfast one day and then my husbands breakfast sausages were still pink, cold and uncooked the next day

スタッフの対応がしっかりしていて、早かった。とてもフレンドリーでwelcomeされていると感じることができた。また、友人家族と一緒に宿泊したので、部屋で夕飯を一緒に食べようとした際、別の部屋からダイニングテーブルや椅子を追加するために、わざわざスタッフが運び込んでくれた！別のホテルでは同じことはさせてもらえなかったので感動した。また泊まりたいと思います。
