Excellent stay
Pros:

The room and facilities were excellent. Their breakfast was really good

Cons:

We had problems with our key cards, and there was no TV but they didn't have control of that and a technician was already called

Ok... got my exercise in. Up and.down.to get new cards
Pros:

breakfast was good. Location was perfect. The key card system was crappie.... cards wouldn't stay magnitized. Kept having to get new cards every time we used the pool or left the building or room even. Did not have them by phone or wallet

Cons:

The key cards were crappie. Not keeping their magnetism. Had to get new cards every day three times a day sometimes. Pool door would mess them up or something

Great value, nice folks and perfect location for Crystal Bridges.
Pros:

Close to Crystal Bridges, they were able to accommodate me and Dad with next door rooms and the staff were very helpful.
