Pros:

The location was good, convenient.

Cons:

I was put into a room that was right next to one of the busiest streets in Bentonville. Needless to say, I might have got 2 hours of sleep because it was so noisy.

Very pleasant, good value, and staff were helpful and very nice, helping with cell phone problem.
Pros:

Breakfast was quite good. Coffee available always which was nice, but it was too weak. Only complaint!

Pros:

The location was prime especially to downtown Bentonville.

Cons:

Unfortunately we checked out after our 2nd night due to bed bugs. The staff was very nice about everything and the gm let with me personally and made sure I was refunded 100%

I do plan on staying there again.
Pros:

Very clean, easy to get and out of, friendly staff and it was in the area that we needed to go and we didn’t have to drive too far for anything lots of good restaurants.

Cons:

Our shower had cool water. Brrrrrrr

The lady working the front desk on the second night went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of

Cons:

The whole hotel had a bad smell and for whatever reason the first room i stayed in was moist. Like the ac was malfunctioning or something and the pillows and bedding were all moist

An excellent place to stay, can’t give any higher ratings!
Pros:

Very spacious room, able to control the air and have a nice cool room, extremely clean, breakfast was great. Staff was amazing, there was no ice on the first floor, but the lady serving breakfast offered to go upstairs to get ice for me! Above and beyond her services!

Cons:

I don’t know if there is anything to improve, when traveling back to northwest Arkansas we plan to stay there again.

Cons:

No soap or shampoo in bathroom plus only one towel, hand towel and wash cloth for each of us. We asked for more pillows and was provided one and only one. I had to ask the ladies doing the laundrey to get more. wonder why the ladies working in the laundrey could locate more of what I needed and not the staff at the front desk?

I feel this is not acceptable for a major Best Western. Very disappointing!
Pros:

Breakfast was okay. It was easy to find. They kept the eating area clean - wiping off tables, and picking up trash.

Cons:

More fresh fruit selection. The family wish there was fried potatoes.
The pool was closed did not know that. Was not posted anywhere on the website when I booked the room. Was told by the front desk that it would cost me 30 dollars to go to the community pool. The TV in the room did not work. Called for help but was told by the maintenance worker could not fix the problem until he has the okay from management to replace the box. With 2 children no pool and no TV this was a very bad experience. The maintenance worker came the next morning about the time we was checking out.
