The GM Antonio was great he did all he could to make my family and I feel welcomed and appreciated. Over all other staff

The location was great.

Cons:

The rooms smell due to the carpet not being vacuumed. The cleaning teams do a rush job when cleaning. They must use the same cloth because there were like hair pieces in the refrigerator and the microwave. Also a lot of damaged furniture in the room
