The one and only
Pros:

Our first time in Dublins Radisson and must say from now on it’s our base camp for every other visit in Dublin. Great and friendly staff, very handy location as we just walk everywhere within a minutes. Room spacious and clean and very modern design.

Mixed experience – great staff, but disappointing overall
Pros:

The breakfast and staff were excellent – friendly, caring, and the food was delicious with a huge variety (10/10). Housekeeping was also exceptional, keeping rooms spotless despite the worn furniture and dated decor. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, as usual for Radisson.

Unfortunately, reception staff were rarely helpful, the online payment process was stressful, and we were initially checked into a room with another guest’s belongings. Hallways and room furnishings were old, giving the impression of a three-star property rather than a Radisson.

While some staff truly stood out, overall the stay did not meet the Radisson standard or value for money.

A let down from compared to this time last year
Pros:

Very disappointed with the food, I personally had the fish and chips, had to take fish out of the batter to eat it and I couldnt eat the chips. Ceaser salad and pizzas were had at the table and also a big let down. And the kids sausages were spicy so child did not eat.Bedrooms were clean and beds very comfortable.

Generally good, but sometimes disappointing and with no soul
Pros:

Good things: bed (huge); breakfast (extensive); communications; connectivity (lots of sockets etc); desk (big); heating; location; mattress (excellent); quiet (very); room safe (easy to operate); spaciousness; WiFi (effective).

Not so good things: storage (only one drawer - not enough for two people); bathroom sink (didn’t drain well); bathroom tap (so forceful it sprayed everything); dressing gowns (only suitable for super thin people); pillows (no support - even with two); price (two nights for £650 was a bit steep in view of the experience); seating (more business than leisure); shower (water spread beyond its base so needed a towel to mop up); shower gel etc (in bottles of such resilience that brute force was required to extract product); staff (efficient, but indifferent and robotic).

Would I go back? For business - maybe. For pleasure - no.

Home from Home!
Pros:

I have to say I have been staying at this hotel on a regular basis for work for over 3 years. On arriving the reception staff are so helpful and always have a great welcome for me. (Dorian, Evan and the rest of the gang)
The staff are so friendly and obliging. Pratima,Christine and all the wonderful staff in the restaurant always make sure that everyone is looked after. The restaurant and bar staff(Sanito and Christ can’t remember other names ) go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and you feel at home.
My delight the other day was to see the new bar menu and it is fabulous. Something for everyone on it.
The rooms are really comfortable and clean.
It’s very convenient to Grafton Street, a lot of things within walking distance.
I would highly recommend this hotel for either business or pleasure.

Ireland's Call
Pros:

I have been coming to this hotel for professional reasons for three years, and from my first stay on, the welcome was excellent and the services were as expected for this type of establishment. Now, every time I come, I feel welcomed as if I were visiting a family member, so it is always a pleasure to return here.

Great location
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located so you can walk to many places in the city. Staff at the reception desk will call a cab when needed. The breakfast buffet is super, especially the Irish breakfast option. All the staff are friendly and willing to help. We stayed here for 10 nights.

A week in Dublin
Pros:

Monotonous and boring breakfast, no variety, the same thing every day.
Very poor pillows and duvet. For the price and hotel category, I expected much, much more.
