Non posso dire cosa mi sia piaciuto dal momento che non ho usufruito di nessuno dei servizi .A parte aver sbirciato lo spettacolo dell'animazione della prima sera, tutta la mia,anzi,la nostra permanenza è stata un susseguirsi di scomodità ,fastidio e malumore. Sia io che mio marito non abbiamo messo piede in piscina,non abbiamo fatto neanche mezzo bagno! E meno male che bisognerebbe andare in vacanza per rilassarsi!!!! Noi ci siamo sentiti OSPITI PAGANTI MA INDESIDERATI ,abbiamo vissuto tutto male,giacché di fronte alle nostre lamentele educate e motivate ,abbiamo ricevuto un pessimo atteggiamento da chi si occupava della struttura!

La struttura immersa nel verde aveva l'appartamento INVASO DI FORMICHE, abbiamo trovato molto sciocca la risposta che essendoci molta vegetazione è normale ritrovarsi le formiche in casa! E no No NO !!! NON DOVREBBE ESSERE COSI E SOPRATTUTTO NON SI PUÒ CHIEDERE A DEI CLIENTI DI ACCETTARE TUTTO QUESTO SENZA TENTARE MINIMAMENTE DI SCUSARSI.Chi l 'ha detto che è normale dormire con le formiche in faccia? il mio bambino al risveglio era scioccato e piangeva! Per non parlare delle formiche sul tavolo da pranzo e nel cibo che abbiamo ovviamente buttato.Inoltre, uno pensa di recarsi in un residence con cucina e quindi con frigorifero,invece non era funzionante, era bollente,tutta la spesa alimentare che avevamo fatto poco prima dell 'arrivo in struttura ,l'abbiamo buttata.Dopo aver fatto presente del malfunzionamento del frigorifero e totale non funzionamento del freezer ,non ci è stato SOSTITUITO, ci è stato detto che doveva essere tenuto a temperatura 2,assurdo! Hanno addotto come scusa,che ogni fine-soggiorno loro lo spengono e quindi poi ci vuole tempo affinché si riavvii....ma come? Se tu struttura sai che stanno per arrivare degli ospiti,cosa spegni in piena estate con certe temperature????? Siamo stati costretti ogni giorno a fare 1km ripido in discesa e poi in salita per riporre i ghiacci presso il loro bar.Per le formiche? È venuta una signora credo addetta alle pulizie a spargere (male) un po' di polverina bianca fuori ed ha spruzzato dell 'insetticida oltretutto mentre eravamo in casa(nocivo respirarlo).IL RISULTATO È STATO CHE LE FORMICHE NON SONO SPARITE,ANZI CI HANNO TENUTO COMPAGNIA PER TUTTA LA NOSTRA NON-VACANZA E DALLA STRUTTURA NESSUN CENNO DI SCUSE DI NESSUN MODO . CHE BRUTTA ESPERIENZA !!!!!!

Mi è piaciuto il fresco, il mare, l'accoglienza e la disponibilità dello staff e la creatività degli animatori sempre presenti ma discreti.

Cons:

Il villino da 5 posti era troppo distante dal centro ricreativo e in salita quindi dovevamo prendere sempre l'auto, non ci avevano detto che la spiaggia convenzionata era sassosa in riva, ma abbiamo risolto con le scarpette adatte.

Fantastisch verblijf in Trivento
Pros:

Met ons gezin, 2 kinderen van 13 en 14 jaar zijn wij hier geweest van 13 juli t/m 27 juli 2009. prachtige locatie, ontzettend vriendelijk personeel, zijn ons zeer behulpzaam geweest toen we onze 2 koffers kwijt waren op het vliegveld in Rome. 3 hele dagen is Angela bezig geweest met bellen, met het resultaat dat de koffers netjes werden bezorgd bij de receptie. Uitzicht van onze kamer was prachtig alleen wel erg hoog gelegen, je hebt echt een auto nodig om die klim naar boven te maken. Vanaf de receptie/zwembad naar de bovenste woningen (groep 2 )is het ongeveer 20 minuten klimmen want het loopt steil naar boven. De kuiten werden goed getraind. Onze kinderen hebben het ook erg naar hun zin gehad, en gingen met het animatieteam tot in de late uurtjes nog door, gezellig met z'n allen nog wat kletsen bij het zwembad of een late pizza eten bij de Arco bar. En daarna werd iedereen weer netjes bij z'n huis weer afgezet door het team van Trivento. Dus een dikke 10 voor het team. We hebben unaniem beslist dat we volgend jaar weer terug gaan.
