Sea view
Colazione continentale standard, nulla da segnalare come eccezionale, buona ma normale. Posizione dell'hotel ottima per visitare il centro di Mazara del Vallo. Non ho provato piscina perché era inverno.
La SPA chiusa.
In generale non amo i grandi alberghi ma nulla da eccepire rispetto al servizio.
La struttura è messa al posto più bello di Mazara del Vallo

Il bidet non funziona bene il tappo rimane incastra

While the lobby, bar, staff were great.. there were many things that needed improvement. The rooms need updating such as the bedding, sheets, pillows. The bed was hard along with the pillows. There were no tissues in the bathroom. The shower drain was clogged. I would have liked another pillow as well. The food was subpar at dinner.
The pool was great even in October.
Breakfast was disappointing as it was hard work to get a coffee or really hot water for tea . As we arrived for breakfast around 9 am; there was very little choice as the coach loads of guests had eaten it all and it was not replenished.
Der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr nett. Die ganze Anlage war eindrucksvoll.
Das Frühstück passte nicht zum Rest. Pappbecher statt Tassen...Auf Anfrage bekam ich einen Suppenlöffel für mein Joghurt.
THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL!
This hotel is very dated, not modern, and run down. On the way to our room, the lighting was overly dim, carpet stained and worn, and some rooms were wide open. Upon entering our room, it smelled musty/almost mildewy, the bedding and towels were very old, thin, and scratchy. The bathroom was also very unclean. Under the Sink was dirty, the toilet “flush” button wasn’t properly affixed to the wall and you could pull it about a half inch off the wall. The shower was also dirty, the grout was black in places from lack of cleaning. The entire floor of our room was sticky like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The blinds were also ripped so didn’t close properly. The gym also wasn’t part of the property. It was owned by another company, you had to pay to use (the fee is mentioned in the description) but it’s not open daily. I picked this hotel partially for having a gym available. Also there was an alarm going off for over 2 hours our first morning there. The staff was very kind and definitely wonderful but the facility itself and all that comes with it, is extremely low quality. They did end up comping a night as we called hotels.com to complain and they reached out to the hotel. But it Is easily only a 2 star hotel based on quality of accommodations.

Defecte koffiemachines.
Personeel bereidt al tafels voor de middagservice maar negeert het ontbijt.
Struttura accogliente, posizione ottima sul lungomare, piscina relax, staff gentile, stanza vista mare con terrazzo molto bella
Mancano alcune accortezze in bagno, sostituzione scopino igienico in quanto usurato, sistemazione scarico doccia. Piccole cose per rendere il soggiorno ancora migliore.
Situation face à la mer, parking de l’hôtel très accessible
Propreté des espaces communs, notamment piscine, laissant à désirer ; qualité du petit déjeuner très moyenne ; air conditionné de la chambre pas pilotable. Et surtout, impossibilité de dormir jusqu’à minuit à cause d’une fête organisée par l’hôtel sous les fenêtres des chambres pour l’anniversaire d’une personne ne résidant pas à l’hôtel.
