It was exactly what we expected and it was good.

Bed could be more comfy! A wider base would help! Limited breakfast items to choose from

my ownly issue was the drinking water. maybe its just the water in the town, but a filter station or something to fill up water bottle would be nice. the tap water was not good

Stains on sheets, no bathroom fan, tight parking

I tried cancelling in advance and it was not working. If you can confirm the room is refunded to my account I would appreciate it. No check in was completed on my end however when I was at the location of the building a week in advance it was clean and well kept in the front lobby area of the facility.

Just maybe you can add at least boiled eggs to the continental breakfast..most people especially seniors should be eating bread and cereal only for breakfast..

Clean room, friendly staff

Bed was incredibly hard and my wife and I both tossed and turned all night long. Energetic young couple next to us should have been quieted down or placed in a room segregated from other patrons that wanted to sleep.

The continental breakfast had the bare minimum with zero protein - all carbs and nothing healthy. Breakfast was over at 9.00 am so little time to eat.

Place is so dirty the rats moved out! Two nights for $700 was a total rip off.

Hotel room was gloomy and claustrophobic - tiny window and no fresh air. Improve breakfast menu - greater selection. Breakfast room needs to be enlarged - very cramped. Beds uncomfortable but well made up with linens, bathroom samples need to be improved - very cheap, few - not an inviting gesture. Staff should be visible at front desk.

We understand budget constraints but even a few changes would improve the general "do-it-yourself atmosphere" would exude a more welcoming atmosphere.

Great Customer service. Room was clean and quiet. Just need supper and a good night clean. Thanks for both!

Internet access was good and so was tv programming. Bedding was dirty and stained. Pillows were not rectangular they were not good and comfortable.

Old rooms, smelly. Lights not working in room. Hot water not consistent, had to skip bath. Breakfast very poor.

The inside of the building seems to have been recently painted and a fresh bathroom.

No view from window

I couldn’t find Huntsville from Bracebridge. I got frustrated driving rural bush roads. Took the wrong direction and was too far away to try find the motel, so I just drove back to Toronto. The motel is aware of this. Sorry, I don’t have GPS. If you can adjust the cost that would be great!!!!
