Pan na recepcji, polskiego pochodzenia bardzo uprzejmy i rzeczowy!

Cons:

Śniadanie słabe. Pokój business, nie wiem dlaczego, chyba, że miał biurko.

Prima Etappenunterkunft auf dem Ruhrtalradweg.
Pros:

Personal äußerst zuvorkommend. Nachdem der Fahrradschuppen bereits prall gefüllt war, durften wir unsere Räder sicher im Foyer abstellen, super. 👍🏼
Das Frühstück war reichlich und sehr gut. In die oberen Etagen gelangt über einen Aufzug.

Cons:

Zimmer war etwas klein, vor allem das Bad war ziemlich klein.

Zimmer und Bad absolut einwandfrei, sehr sehr gutes Frühstück, alles top.

Cons:

Da viele der Gäste mit dem Fahrrad ankamen, waren nicht genügend Unterstell- und Lademöglichkeiten vorhanden. Der Gastgeber konnte aber sofort improvisieren und hat alle untergebracht.

Wenn das Hotel das System gewählt hat, dass bereits ab 15 Uhr niemand mehr an der Reception ist, müsste das WiFi- Angebot im Zimmer sehr viel klarer dargestellt werden.

Aufzug defekt. Matratzen viel zu weich. Beleuchtung im Bad ist schlecht.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Essen ein idealer Ausgangspunkt
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig und ist gut mit dem ÖPNV erreichbar. Man ist aber auch fußläufig schnell in der Natur und in belebterer Umgebung. Es wird ein erstklassiges Frühstück angeboten.

Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Viel selbst gemachtes. Sehr gute Lage, sowohl zum Messegelände als auch zum Abendessen in der Stadt.

Cons:

Parkplatzsuche, gerade für große Autos, schwierig.
