Un hôtel très propre, mais une expérience peu agréable en raison de la restauration et du fonctionnement du service du s
Pros:

La propreté de l’établissement était irréprochable. Les chambres ainsi que les espaces communs étaient parfaitement entretenus.

Cons:

Nous avons été très surpris par les horaires du dîner, limités à des créneaux de 19h15 à 20h30. En vacances, il est regrettable de devoir dîner dans un délai aussi restreint, sans possibilité de profiter du repas plus tardivement. Dès 20h30, le personnel commence à débarrasser alors même que les clients n’ont pas terminé leur repas ou boivent encore simplement de l’eau, ce qui crée une ambiance peu agréable.

Le stationnement est également très compliqué et particulièrement coûteux.

La restauration manque de variété, avec des repas très répétitifs, principalement composés de crudités, et très peu de spécialités espagnoles proposées.

Enfin, nous avions choisi la demi-pension. Que les boissons alcoolisées ou les sodas soient payants est tout à fait normal. En revanche, ne pas proposer une simple carafe d’eau et obliger les clients à acheter des bouteilles d’eau est particulièrement regrettable. C’est la première fois que nous rencontrons cette situation dans un hôtel.

Todo era excepcional . El personal muy amable , las instalaciones estupendas , la limpieza espectacular un 10 para el servicio de limpieza , las habitaciones estupendas

Cons:

Lo único malo en el bar y terraza que nada más llegar están encima tuyo para que consumas y agobia un poco , pero eso sí los camareros muy amables y simpáticos , deben dejar que las personas pidan cuando quieran , no siempre quieres tomar algo , hay veces que solo quieres estar sentado tranquilo en el bar o la piscina

Relax en la piscina
Pros:

La piscina, su tamaño, que no se pueda jugar a pelota en ella o meter flotadores hace que todo el mundo pueda disfrutar tranquilamente del baño, tiene suficientes hamacas para pasar un largo rato (no así sombrillas). El buffet tenía mucha variedad y estaba bien rotulado qué era cada cosa. Que no se pueda fumar en el hotel.

Cons:

En la piscina faltaban sombrillas. Había muchas viejas que estaban rotas. Un día, al tener problemas entre los usuarios, sacaron más del almacén y todas nuevas. Deberían estar siempre disponibles. No entiendo que si no se puede fumar en el hotel sí se pueda en la parte del bar de la piscina.
