Lovely stay in a comfortable room within a well-situated hotel.
Pros:

Great location close to metro lines, plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable beds and very clean room. Very good air conditioning! We would definitely stay at B&B hotels again in the future.

Cons:

The battery in the door lock stopped working on the first night of our three-night stay, and the engineer wasn't able to come out until our last night, so a staff member had to unlock our room for us. They did offer a complementary drink to apologise. These things happen so we understand, but it would be dishonest not to mention it.

Also this might just be because we are British, but a kettle provided in the room would have been great.

Réceptionniste désagréable et incompétent qui, malgrè notre confirmation de réservation sous les yeux, nous a soutenu pendant 20 minutes que nous n'avions pas réservation. Quand enfin il a trouvé notre réservation, il nous a demandé 15 € supplémentaires pour avoir la disposition de la chambre disponible à 14 heures au lieu de 15 heures.
En outre, pour une période de 3 nuits, aucun service n'a été effectué en chambre.

Vriendelijk personeel. Mijn vriendin werd ziek; ik mocht ontbijt/eten meenemen naar de kamer. Bedden waren heerlijk. Ontbijt was prima. 24/7 naar binnen/buiten

It was nice because of the quiet and clean environment.
Pros:

The room was clean and quiet. The staff were helpful. The first day I came, they provided still water for free and helped me store my luggage.

Cons:

We were not allowed to check in after 3 pm. I think the check-in time can be flexible, supposing there are available rooms. Besides, the hair drier had a weak airflow.
