Nice boutique hotel, really quiet, great location close to most important POI.
Personnel very attentive, front desk was very helpful with suggestions and accommodation
Room is spacious and clean.
Breakfast is below average, food is bland and lack of diversity, I would not recommend to added to the room

He was very professional and help unload our 8 luggage bags and arranged for our ground transportation. Bathroom had heated floor tile. Great hotel and pet friendly.

We were a group of 5 friends who were touring Bordeaux each day with our planner "Bordeaux with Elodie" who we can recommend 101%. We ourselves chose this smaller boutique hotel. We booked a small suite which we are glad of, since guest rooms are very small and lack a lot of furniture and space to unpack. The suite helped a lot. There is a small not noteworthy bar off the lobby we used to. The location is brilliant and the price reasonable though not inexpensive. In This part of Bordeaux old town are hundreds of cafes, bars and restaurants to walk to.

We will recommend this hotel to everyone that we know coming to Bordeaux City! Wish we were in town longer to take advantage of the spa, cigar room etc.

Thank you. Your hotel was lovely. But my room stank. Room #303. I had management come and look at it and then could do nothing because there were no other rooms available. They did have housekeeping come and do cleaning. But did not help. I will say your staff was very kind and attentive. Manon at the bar was exceptional. Thanks.

Great location and staff, clean, and decent size rooms. The only negative was the expresso machine was broken for two mornings and could not get a hot cafe au lait.

Reception staff were helpful and the location was great However we had personal property that went missing from our room and management were extremely unhelpful and dismissive. We found this totally unacceptable!

The hotel is lovely (nice specs, clean, excellent location) but the staff are absolutely outstanding. I had a few issues while i was there which could have ruined my stay but shoutout to Constance whose professionalism ensured that I left with a positive impression.

We only stayed for one night but Hotel de Seze was a lovely friendly hotel in the heart of Bordeaux. It easily was in walking distance to excellent restaurants, historic sites and shopping. Our room was generous in size and the bathrooms were very bright and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious too.The front desk was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a great location for exploring the town, very near the tram. The hotel is beautifully furnished, decorated and very clean.

The staff so very pleasant and helpful. We had a last minute change of plan and they were so helpful in arranging our transfer to the airport. All in English as our French is limited so this too was greatly appreciated.

My only suggestion would be a better service for breakfast. The pre prepared cooked items were not kept warm enough (in my opinion) and not always refilled. Tea and coffee were made individually and this caused delays. This was no reflection on the staff. They did their very best, particularly a young lady who had only just joined the team and who had a particularly difficult, busy service but kept her cool.

However as this could easily be improved by the hotel it did not deter me from leaving a 5 star review as the breakfast (even as it was) offered various choices.

I would definitely recommend and would be delighted to return.

Wonderful room with two-tiered balcony and large shower room! Lovely breakfast and great location. Only complaint is toilet room was too small and difficult to maneuver to close the door (pocket door would be best).

This is a great hotel, which is brilliantly situated for exploring Bordeaux. Our room on the 5th floor was a good size and beautifully clean. Breakfast offering is varied and very good quality. The staff are so helpful and attentive.
A big thanks also to the Reception staff. Good local knowledge and recommendations for dinner locations.
The bar was nice for a nightcap.
If we're back in Bordeaux any time I wouldn't hesitate to return to this hotel. It would be a pleasure.

This hotel is in a great location to walk to all major sites near the river front. The facilities is very modern and luxurious. The room and particularly the bath is very large. I can’t quarantee it but it felt like the bathroom floor was heated, a nice touch.

Spent 8 days of our honeymoon in Bordeaux and Hotel de Seze was a great location. It is centrally located to Bordeaux and the Tram to get around Bordeaux. Our room was well appointed, incredibly clean and comfortable. The staff is gracious and accommodating!

Booked the suite. Aircondition in the living room was non-existing and aircon did not help on the warmest day.
Toilet and shower are separate. Toilet did not have a zink to wash hands so you have to wallk out and to the shower room.
Breakfast and spa was nice.
Location very central.

Very nice hotel in convenient location, bedroom was very small, but bathroom was a good size.

The perfect place to stay in Bordeaux!
