Pros:

Tout était parfait, Je tiens également à remercier la personne qui était à la réception lors de mon séjour. Je n’ai malheureusement pas retenu son prénom, mais il portait une boucle d’oreille. Il a été très accueillant, gentil et professionnel. Merci pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité !

Overbooking, no apologize, La Cala is far from premium. Avoid this place.

Title: Absolute nightmare experience – Overbooked and poorly managed

I had a terrible experience at this hotel due to severe overbooking and unprofessional management.

I originally booked a 'Marivent Junior Suite Ocean View', but immediately after checking in, the reception moved me to the 'Be Live' building, which is the cheapest option. When I protested, they claimed there was a mistake and moved me to 'La Cala'. However, this was still not the room I booked, and it didn't even have an ocean view. I was told that there was nothing else they could do for me. This all happened at 9:30 PM.

Throughout this entire process, there was no apology. I was repeatedly told that it was impossible to speak with the manager or the owner. Because it was so late, I had no choice but to pay for one night and stay.

The room itself was unacceptable: no bathroom door, a squeaky bed, a tiny room, and outdated interiors.

The next morning, the manager informed me that I still couldn't get my original room due to overbooking and offered a meager 10% discount as compensation.

Be aware that there are three different buildings under the 'Be Live' brand here. While some might be okay, being downgraded or shuffled around is a huge risk. Even though 'La Cala' is marketed as a premium option, it is far from it. Avoid this place.

Dans ma chambre il y avait des remontés d’odeur venant des toilettes et des bruits de la chambre d’à côté. Et c’était désagréable, mais a patt ça tout s’est bien passé.

Gute öffentliche Verkehrsverbindung zum Zentrum von Palma. Schwimmbecken für Schwimmer bis zum Spät benutzbar. Ausgezeichnetes, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet. Lage die Nähe zum Strand.

Cons:

Dusche wartungsbedürftig. Aufzug äußerst langsam.
