Renting of towels.

1- The reception staff are not helpful and at and they don’t care where we went in to check in and ask about the date adjustment their response was with altitude and its not their issue communicate with Booking.

2- They charge 5€ for towel to use and 10€ deposit

3- there is no parking at the property its always full and other reserving in advance and if there is a parking you need to pay 25€ daily. keep in mind the hotel location is super packed ( busy ) and hard to find street parking within less than 30 minuets looking.

3- The room not clean and very old with broken shower where the water switching from hot to cold by it self

4- The A/C is disaster its very hot and whenever trying to make it cooler its doesn’t goes below 22 degree C

5- The breakfast buffi is too bad same food everyday and very untesty, and there is weird practice where you need to show your carton card that hold the room key so they let you in other wise its big deal


I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on my experience.

We did have a problem with ants in the room, so don't leave ANY food or drinks accessible. The room is clean, but very basic with a few blemishes - you are definitely paying for the location, beachfront, and pool. Lounge chairs fill fast, so either going early or trying midday when people start to leave is best. We only had to wait for loungers once during the stay and still had cafe chairs available. The pool is an infinity style with the shallowest point 1.35 meters and ladder access, which could be a problem if you not being able stand in the water bothers you. Pool towels are not complimentary, fyi.

Trots skyltar att man inte får "förboka" platser runt poolen och att handdukar mm kommer plockas bort om man inte dyker upp inom 30-45 min så låg det handdukar mm på de flesta solstolar redan 07:30 på morgonen.

Quando ho prenotato, ho richiesto se fosse possibile avere dei pasti gluten free, mi è stato risposto che non ci sarebbero stati problemi. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo richiesto conferma alla reception ed hanno dovuto chiamare il ristorante in quanto non erano a conoscienza dell effettiva disponibilità di tale opzione.
L'hotel dispone di 3 ristoranti (Pelicano, Portobello e Masai), in tutti e tre abbiamo faticato a mangiare in quanto il menù offriva 1 o 2 opzioni senza glutine. Al Pelicano ed al Masai hanno cercato di aiutarci modificando le poche opzioni che avevano. Invece al Portobello nessuna volontà di accontentare il cliente, è stata ordinata un'insalata con bufala specificando di togliere i crostini di pane. Il piatto è arrivato ovviamente pieno di crostini, abbiamo segnalato la cosa al cameriere che ha riportato l'insalata in cucina, son stati rimossi i crostini e l'insalata è stata riportata al tavolo, cosa inaccettabile, inoltre nell'insalata c'erano le mandorle NON segnalate nel menù (colpa nostra che ci siamo diementicate di segnalare l'allergia, ma ciò non toglie che gli allergeni vanno segnalati!). Per questo motivo, abbiamo rinunciato alle restanti 3 sere di mezza pensione, senza nemmeno chiedere il rimborso perchè era scritto nero su bianco che avessero alimenti gluten free ed effettivamente 1 o 2 piatti c'erano a menù anche se con scarsa scelta (di solito solo pesce o carne alla griglia ed anche qui, una sola opzione).
Solo a colazione ogni pietanza aveva il cartellino con gli allergeni, c'era l'angolo gluten free con 2 tipi di biscotti, 2 tipi di cereale e dei muffin,peccato che la maggior parte degli altri alimenti presenti nel buffett avevano segnalato il simbolo del glutine(anche le materie prime naturalmente prive di glutine come lo jogurt bianco), mi chiedo se sia per mancanza di conoscenza sul glutine o per tutelarsi in caso di problemi.
