Good location and staff but the hotel itself is tired and needs updating, poor value for money

Good location right on the beach

Cons:

It’s very tired inside, the doors to the balcony basically don’t work, needs repainting in a lot of areas. Some areas such as in the hallway looked like they were half done.
As mentioned the balcony door did not lock properly and it was exactly the same in my friends room, I think they’re just very old and need replacing. Our balcony just faced onto a flat roof facing a wall, if you lean over and look to the left you can see the sea - we were told we had been ‘upgraded to a sea view’, I wouldn’t be very happy if I had paid for that pleasure.
We paid in the region of €350 per room for a 3 night stay. This was in January at which time both the hotel and Cala Major are completely dead as it is out of season - it’s a bit of a rip off. I’m sure in the summer the location is great and it’s a very popular area, but I think for the time of year it should be far cheaper. I have stayed in far nicer budget hotels, around the €100 euro per night mark with breakfast included.

On a more positive note - the staff were faultless, kind, friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the hotel was pretty good, but as it was an extra €15 per day we only went once and had breakfast in Cala Major the other days.

Für unsere Kurzaufenthalte und für die gute Lage direkt am Strand und der Ausstattung würden wir das Hotel trotzdem noch
Pros:

Lage, Freundlichkeit des Personals und Frühstück

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und hat einen Renovierungsstau. Die Sauberkeit der Fußböden in den Zimmern - auch bei einem Aufenthalt von mehreren Tagen - sowie auf den Fluren ist nicht gut.

Grundsätzlich zum Übernachten geeignet, dennoch würde ich eine Unterkunft in einer ruhigeren Region

Das Frührstück war reichhaltig. Der Service sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Es wäre schön, beim Betreten des Hotelbereiches, eine kleine Wasserstelle zum Abspülen für den Sand an den Füßen zu haben.

Unglaublich laut in der Nacht, da jede ganze Nacht Jugendliche laut am Strand Musik hören, laut sprechen oder herumgrölen bis in die Morgenstunden!
