Breakfast was good
The room wasn’t great pillows may as well been non existent flat as a pancake awful for a £160 a night hotel and the wallpaper was falling off in places banging on floor above most the night along with a bathroom with a window and no curtain so could be overlooked from car park in the shower had to put a towel in the window which is ridiculous not what you expect when staying at a supposed 9.0 on booking.com the breakfast was the best bit but bar the stale doughnuts. Definitely look elsewhere if looking for a bit of luxury.

To say it had a refurb a couple of yrs ago it still looked a bit tired on the landings still had old doors no key cards and it was expensive for what it was

Booked a lake view room and the view was stunning. The staff were really helpful. Came for our anniversary and they left us with a card, chocolates and swan towels.

Lovely and clean , lovely rooms very comfortable, good location
Rooms were very hot at night , no way to regulate the temperature. We booked a lake facing manor room, but were disappointed with our view. We were on the first floor and could mainly see cars on the car park , we got a very minimal view of the lake. Breakfast was ok .
