Breakfast was lovely ..also the rooms were nicely equipped with all the little things..tea coffee and the bedrooms was very cosy.
Nice and easy check in.
At breakfast my mum wanted to pick her own fried egg but the guy put it on her plate for her ..she wanted it well done but he put a runny egg on her plate ..she hates runny eggs..but she was to shy to return it or say anything
Also the guy was to eager and very quick to get your plates seemed to be rushing us :((
My mum hates to be rushed and likes to relax at breakfast..but he seemed to be wanting rid of us.
Very comfortable, clean and has some great views from the dining room and roof top patio. The breakfasts are superb and excellent value for money. Modern en suite facilities and very helpful staff.
The car parking and access is a little tight and the bar could do with being en to guests a little longer than 11:00 pm.

spacious clean room with a comfortable bed, Breakfast was excellent with good local produce, The location was about 10 mins walk to Bowness pier, ok if not disabled as narrow busy road. and the staff were very friendly.

Great location , modern , spotlessly clean , pleasant staff . Decent bar , good selection of drinks , excellent buffet breakfast. Would recommend without hesitation
Breakfast was lovely, got our times mixed up first morning and arrived for breakfast at 10.02am and were told we could grab a coffee!! After some discussion......they eventually left us have it.....felt like a pauper begging for breakfast which was paid for!!!
Bedroom was too small for a couple.....room 217
Breakfast times should be for at least 2 hours in duration.
Was disappointed that the bar closed at 10.45pm
