The location was perfect! 15 min walk max from the centre but far enough away to be quiet
My partner is very tall and the room we stayed in had a slanted roof in the bathroom so he found it difficult to use the toilet 🤣

Only issue we found was where the toilet was located it wasn’t a large space but it’s the same most places so I wouldn’t let that put me off

Nothing all was very good.
Very clean and modern (I loved the artwork on the walls)… very good location with a beautiful view, although the lake view was a bit misleading in that you could only see a tiny piece if it through the trees
There was no fridge in the room.
The double bed seemed to slope down at either side which made us feel we would roll out! (We didn’t though) Pillows weren’t very comfortable.
I was excited to try the donuts I’d read so much about in the reviews… so disappointing… the 3 we had (on 3 separate days) tasted quite stale
Great choice at breakfast.
Our room was a large manor room, just a bit noisy from the road as we were at the front of the hotel . My sister had a compact double with a bit of a lake view and was quiet.

Nothing we didn’t like. A lift would be helpful as my Dad has poor mobility and there were lots of stairs but we were aware there wasn’t one when we booked.

The staff were not friendly and were hostile especially to ethnic minorities. The rooms and property did not appear the same as in the advertised pictures. Breakfast was limited with several unclean dishes and cutlery.
