Absolutely lovely position and spot for a few days exploring this part of the lakes.
Pros:

Property is in a great spot for both Bowness on Windermere and Windermere. Hotel is spotless. Breakfast is great. It is a little pricy but worth the extra. Rooms were very hot but the weather is exceptional hot this weekend. It didn’t spoil our stay.

Cons:

Everything is good.

Really amazing staff, would like to thank Anca who came in early to ensure we had a breakfast as we had to leave early.

Great location for access to both Windermere and Bowness. Great views from the restaurant and veranda to the lake. Very clean rooms and a great sleep.

Everything was great.
Pros:

It was all nice and clean the only thing I would say is the rooms were a little bit dark but it’s not a problem.

Great breakfast
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent with a very good selection on the buffet. Our room was very comfortable with a seating area and lovely views of the lake. A nice walk into the town for our evening meal. There was a nice terrace to sit and have a drink in the afternoon sun.

Cons:

We were on the second floor which involved going up and down various stairs which was not very helpful when carrying a heavy suitcase. That is our only negative comment.
