Great location and patina. The adjoining pub was good as well.
Premium room was clean & very spacious. Staff were pleasant & accommodating. Check in & check out went smoothly.

Entrance of Jordan House looked worn down. Furniture was weathered. Pillows were thin.
I would not consider this a Luxury Hotel. It was not worth the $300/ night.
Iron and coffee machine did not work properly, iron leaked all over the place and coffee machine took forever to heat up.

The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. It was a nice touch to have real cream to add to our coffee!
beds were so comfy, the way the room was set up was great for when you have a lot of stuff.

This younger, less pretentious relative of the prestigious “Inn on the 20” is perfect for the visitor who’s activities have them exploring the sites around the region and who require well appointed, nicely designed accommodations. Check in was fast and very friendly. If you are lucky enough to purchase the seasonal package which includes a dining coupon to the Jordan pub you’ll find the food tasty, plentiful and the service welcoming. This is our third visit and we’re planning our return next year.
Always a fun experience coming to Jordan Valley, staying at the Jordan House Hotel, enjoying the pub food and scouting out local wineries.

2nd floor halls was like a oven. The price was high but didn’t offer any extras.
The location was perfect for our needs. This was our second time staying at Jordan House and it didn't disappoint. Clean and comfortable. Easy parking on a dead end street.
Located in a converted historic building, this hotel 'annex' is a first-class facility with an attached gastropub. The venue is in the heart of Jordan village with convenient parking across the street. Our room overlooked a pedestrian-only street; very quite. the room is chic modern with top end finishes.

Rooms are clean and have everything you need except maybe a bathtub. Air-conditioning easily adjustable and the window can be opened to admit fresh air. Located on a lovely street just down from the Inn on the 20 and adjacent to a great pub/eatery. Lots of parking.
The hotel promptly shipped a forgotten item (tablet computer) to us via Canada Post. We were very relieved.
Good location in an adorable village close to stores, bars, restaurants, wine tasting.
Fridge made so much noise we had to unplug it, only to find that what we’d put in it had frozen already.
