Nous avions choisi cet hôtel Best Western pour son parking annoncé comme « clos et sécurisé ». Manifestement, le terme « sécurisé » est à prendre avec beaucoup de recul.

Notre camion d’entreprise a été vandalisé durant la nuit. Le plus surprenant ? L’hôtel était au courant… mais personne ne nous a jugé utile de nous prévenir.

La raison avancée — « nous ne savions pas à qui appartenait le camion » — laisse perplexe, sachant que le véhicule est floqué au nom de notre entreprise, tout comme les vêtements que nous portions pendant le séjour.

Au-delà du vandalisme, c’est surtout la gestion de la situation qui pose problème : absence d’initiative, excuses très limitées et strictement aucun geste commercial.

Vendre un parking « sécurisé », c’est une chose. Assumer un minimum de vigilance et de considération envers ses clients en est une autre.

Une expérience à la fois décevante et révélatrice du sérieux accordé à la sécurité et au service client.

Das Zimmer war zu klein. Abendessen nur von Montag bis Donnerstag, fußlaüfig in der Nähe nur ein Fastfood und ein Chinesischer Imbiss.
