Did the job with no frills.
Pros:

Bed was comfy. Nice breakfast choices. Friendly staff. 15 min car ride to Lille.

Cons:

No air conditioning & room exceptionally hot which meant it was difficult to sleep. Very small room.

Pros:

Hotel propre ,literie impeccable et confortable. Bon petit déjeuner. Très bon accueil du réceptionniste.
Parking fermé.

Cons:

Pas de parasols sur la terrasse qui donne sur le magnifique jardin, quel dommage. Avec les grosses chaleurs nous n'avons pas pu en profiter.

Prima hotel met slechte matras.
Pros:

Vlakbij de snelweg. Prima kamer met uitstekende douche. Goed geïsoleerd. Niks gehoord van andere gasten hoewel het best wel druk was.

Cons:

In het midden van het bed zat een enorme kuil. Kamer nummer 26. Kan exemplarisch geweest zijn.

Praktische locatie voor zakelijke reis
Pros:

De locatie: voor de zakelijke reiziger is de plek ideaal, vlakbij de snelweg zonder dat je daar heel veel last van hebt.
Kamers zijn netjes en schoon, badkamer is prima.

Cons:

Eenvoudig hotel, eerste indruk is dat het wat gedateerd aandoet als je door de gang loopt naar je kamer. Maar kamer is dan weer prima (comfortabel bed, geen kleine kamer) Voor 1 of 2 nachtjes prima verblijf. Ontbijtbuffet was ok, maar niet spectaculair.

Un bon rapport qualité/prix, l'hôtel gagnerait à être "rafraîchi" avec une décoration moins sinistre

bonne situation géographique, personnel très aimable, petit déjeuner convenable (mais plus d'oeufs brouillés après 9h45), ambiance calme

Cons:

hôtel vieillissant, photos sur le site ne correspondant pas à la réalité de l'état de l'hôtel (les espaces communs sont vraiment tristes). Salle de bain étroite notamment à cause des toilettes installées dedans

Pros:

Het was heel schoon en de bedden waren comfortabel. Prima douche. Leuk uitzicht op de tuin. Zeer rustige omgeving. Gratis parkeren op het terrein. De receptioniste was vriendelijk. Prima hotel voor een nacht.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was een beetje magertjes. De koffie kan beter 😉

If you want to stay close to Ypres for a reasonable price, it’s well worth it.
Pros:

Perfectly situated for Ypres and the WW1 sites.
Great staff, food very good and reasonably priced. As were the drinks. Hot option for breakfast.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, and went out of the way to find someone who could speak English when they couldn’t understand my bad French.
