Custo benefício bom, mas muitos pontos a desejar. Não segue os padrões de um Mercure.

Localização muito boa. Próximo ao coliseu e estações do metrô. Q

Buon materasso e stanza silenziosa.

Cons:

Poca attenzione alle segnalazioni, il venerdi pomeriggio quando sono arrivata ho detto che non funzionava la cassaforte, mi hanno detto che sarebbero andati a vedere, alla domenica non era ancora arrivato nessuno. C'era un bar nell'hotel ma anche dopo pranzo non c'era nessuno che poteva fare un caffè.

Cons:

mancanza di acqua calda alla sera per la doccia, preparazione della camera deludente, porta della doccia fuori dalla sua guida, difficoltà di evacuare l'acqua della scarico, sarebbe opportuno una maggiore cura di questi dettagli.

Meu frigobar estava quebrado, avisamos assim que chegamos e nada foi feito. Pedimos duas x e ninguém veio arrumar.

Labai malonus personalas, kambarys švarus, viešbučio vieta labai patogi, netoli koliziejaus ir prie pat yra metro stotelė, todėl patogu vykti į kitus Romos objektus.

Šalia viešbučio yra mokykla, todėl darbo dienomis ryte gali girdėtis šūkavimai, tačiau labai netrukdo.

Pros:

Camera di buona dimensione ma ad uso singolo, piccolina per 2 persone. Buono il matersasso e la scelta dei cuscini. Bar dell'hotel alle 14.00 aperto ma nessuno per fare servizio, non abbiamo potuto prendere il caffe'.

Cons:

In camera non funzionava la cassaforte, l'ho detto subito alla reception ma non e' mai venuto nessuno. L'hotel e' vicino alla Basilica di S. Giovanni in Laterano, la zona intorno all'hotel non e' bellissima. Nella colazione poca varieta' di salato e dolce.
