Cama confortável, e a limpeza é ok. O pessoal da recepção é atencioso.

Cons:

O chuveiro no meu quarto não tinha força nenhuma na água, e tomamos banho de água fria no dia 04. Minha filha hospedada em outro quarto no andar debaixo também não teve água quente pra tomar banho nesse dia. E estava frio!
Outra coisa desagradável é que não tem luz na entrada do quarto o que dificulta muito pra quem tem baixa visão.

Pésima, lo peor en hotel
Pros:

Nada, no vale la pena, no lo recomiendo es un Ibis, incluso creo que es mejor un Ibis que este hotel

Cons:

Todo, era antiguo, feo, mala iluminación, baño feo, pieza pequeña, atrás de un colegio/instituto,
de verdad no lo recomiendo

Excellent hotel for our brief tourism visit.
Pros:

Location was perfect for Manzoni Metro, allowing easy travel to sites like the Spanish Steps and Vatican Museums. Room decor was pleasingly artistic.

Cons:

AC overnight was a little too warm for my taste.

Pulito , ottima posizione , personale gentile ed estremamente disponibile
Pulizia si potrebbe migliorare , ma molto buona

Cuscini di diverse dimensioni e consistenza

Cons:

Stanza 104, primo piano che affaccia sul cortile di una scuola , schiamazzi fino a tardi perché è anche un centro sportivo
Porta durissima all apertura

Cons:

Пристигнахме много късно вечерта в хотела и бяхме настанени в стая с разбита брава на входната врата, която оставаше леко зейнала дори и затворена и не уплътняваше шума от коридора. Беше ни казано, че не могат да ни преместят поради липса на свободни стаи. На сутринта след разговор с рецепция бяхме прехвърлени в друга стая, но считам че е абсолютно неприемливо в такава стая да се настаняват гости в четиризвезден хотел.

Breve ma intenso, avevo però solo necessità di un alloggio per la notte per motivi di lavoro
Pros:

Colazione continentale di ottima qualità e prodotti eccellenti, personale gentilissimo, camera un pò piccola ma comoda, letto abbastanza comodo e camera con temperatura impostata adatta al periodo.

Cons:

Piccola pecca il rumore di sottofondo del sistema di areazione che fortunatamente inficia poco sulla qualità del sonno.
