Considerando o padrão internacional deste grupo de hotéis, este em específico classificado em 4 estrelas, não foi entregue um serviço de alta qualidade. Deixa a desejar na higiene da casa de banho, materiais de higiene pessoal (sabonete, creme de corpo, etc). Senti de falta de chinelos para uso no quarto. E de uma smart tv.

Buen hotel pero con precio elevado.
Pros:

El desayuno muy bien, personal simpático, camas cómodas.

Cons:

Al entrar a la habitación mucho olor a humedad que venia del baño. Había estudiantes haciendo prácticas de odontología y vimos cosas muy explícitas al ir a la habitación; estaban justo en la sala de al lado, que estaba conectada directamente a nuestra habitación por una puerta, que aunque estaba cerrada se escuchaba todo del otro lado (por suerte solo estuvieron un día, pero aún así muy extraño que una puerta de otro sitio dé directamente delante de tu cama).
