Property is well maintained, clean floors/carpet, clean and spacious rooms, clean bathroom. Nice pool, workout room. Only drawback is that it's located next to the 5 fwy, which can be convenient for travel/transportation, but also lacks a city vibe, but does have restaurants within walking distance.

The property was nice. Our suite had everything we needed so no complaints there. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but that’s with every hotel. The pictures of the pool area is a bit deceiving. The pool area and pool itself is very small.

The location is perfect, so close to downtown Burbank. Loved the free breakfast - but please extend it until 10! Loved the room and amenities available.

Breakfast was great. The staff was great. Had a shower leak and was moved to a suite for the last night.

Cons:

Having to pay extra for parking is crazy! The traffic noise is loud.
