Pros:

Maravilloso hotel, a pasos del centro, silencioso, impecable, muy lindo. Pero definitivamente lo mejor fue la atención de su personal. La recepción de Benjamin, la atención de Frederick siempre haciéndote sentir en casa.

Can’t get better than this 😍
Pros:

It was a magical niche hotel on the canal. Near the city center. Was greeted by Ben who was very kind and accommodating to our needs.
The lobby, main hall, and dining room were extraordinary. The rooms are spacious. The bathroom is super clean.
I recommend this hotel and definitely would stay there again.

Cons:

No in-room dining (room service) option but this was ok as there are an abundance of restaurants near by that stay fairy later than most European cities. Not to mention the option to have food-delivery serivecs.

We just loved the place!

Perfect location with wonderful staff with Bruges on your doorstep…. And the sun even made an appearance in late February to add to the magic!

The view from the suite was lovely. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hot chocolate as a welcome drink was the best hot chocolate ever!
Love the decoration and all the details.

This is a beautiful hotel. The decor is of the highest standard, we visited at Christmas time and they had gone all out with tasteful festive decorations. It was a joy to return every day. The service is impeccable, all of the staff were really friendly and ready to help and advise if needs be. We felt really welcome from arriving to leaving. The location couldn’t be better, it’s peaceful and quiet but just a short walk along the canal to the centre. And have the breakfast, you won’t be disappointed. Our 7th visit to Bruges, the first at the Van Cleef and the best.
