Un lieu absolument magique !

La décoration est tout simplement incroyable : chaque pièce nous transporte ailleurs, avec une atmosphère unique et pleine de charme. On a vraiment l’impression de voyager sans quitter l’hôtel.

Les patrons, tout comme le personnel, sont d’une grande chaleur humaine. Toujours aux petits soins, ils multiplient les attentions délicates qui rendent le séjour encore plus agréable. Le service est irréprochable du début à la fin.

C’est un endroit hors du temps, où l’on se sent profondément bien, comme dans une parenthèse enchantée. Une expérience inoubliable !

From the minute we walked in, the service was impeccable. Frederick, Benjamin and Rebecca just to name a few, gave us outstanding service. The decor was exquisite, beautiful statues, artwork and books throughout. The breakfast was outstanding. The bar was well stocked. The patio on the canal an oasis. What a lovely retirement gift to ourselves. Bravo!!!

Hotel Van Cleef is not just a place to stay, it’s an experience. We will definitely be coming back, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Bruges.

Maravilloso hotel, a pasos del centro, silencioso, impecable, muy lindo. Pero definitivamente lo mejor fue la atención de su personal. La recepción de Benjamin, la atención de Frederick siempre haciéndote sentir en casa.

I'm so glad I chose this hotel for our five nights in Bruges. We loved the location which is just minutes to everywhere you want to go in Bruges, but on a quiet side street in a residential area. I booked the suite with canal view and it was marvelous - so spacious, with a huge bed and amazing views of the canal. Waking up to this view is an experience that is totally unique. The breakfast is not included and although there is a menu, you can order whatever you like and they will accommodate you. The staff is so friendly and willing to go to great lengths to ensure a wonderful stay.

4th stay in this hôtel and always excellent expérience....very nice suites, perfect location and m'ont efficient and friendly management.

From the moment we checked in (which was a few hours before check in and we thought we would just drop bags) but instead they upgraded our room to have a view of the canal and let us go to the room early.

The attention to detail was amazing and had beautiful decor.

They helped us plan our day and made all our reservation.

Breakfast was so good too!

I can’t wait to return someday!!

It was a magical niche hotel on the canal. Near the city center. Was greeted by Ben who was very kind and accommodating to our needs.
The lobby, main hall, and dining room were extraordinary. The rooms are spacious. The bathroom is super clean.
I recommend this hotel and definitely would stay there again.

We had a wonderful time at Hotel Van Cleef. I was very indecisive about which hotel to book in Brugge because they all look so nice. I am so glad we ended up here! If you a appreciate beautiful spaces and hospitality, this hotel is for you. Rebecca welcomed us with great tips for exploring Brugge and took the time to draw everything out on a map. We ended up having a couple drinks at night and she learned we were big beer fans. She called a local shop for us to find a bottle of the difficult to get “best beer in the world.” Thank you for a great stay in Brugge!
