More than just a hotel...
Pros:

Firstly we love the building...the inside is amazing. The rooms are well appointed with plenty of space to unpack Comfortable beds, fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cons:

There's not much not to like about staying here. We've stayed here many times in the past 2 years and it's always good to return. The only change we noticed this time is the breakfast isn't as good as it used to be...but thats just being picky!

Pros:

Food choices very good, great value, friendly staff. Quirky accommodation with lots of interesting history and features.

Cons:

Cold rooms that we couldn't heat up as no radiator. Just given an extra duvet which wasn't ideal in February

Pros:

Super mooi gebouw, medewerkers waren vriendelijk. Schoon gebouw, aparte beleving, diner en ontbijt inbegrepen.

Cons:

Verwarming op de slaapkamer was lastig in te stellen voor warmte.

Perfect for a weekend trip to Helsinki.
Pros:

A very nice hotel in a great central location. Clean and spacious rooms. The inclusive dinner and breakfast was beyond what I was expecting. Such a great selection and everything was extremely tasty.

朝食、夕食が美味しかった。
刑務所だった痕跡が残っていておもしろかった。
スタッフがとても親切で印刷の対応もしてもらえた。
今回は一人旅だったけど、今度は友達を連れて泊まりに来たいです！

War insgesamt ein gutes Erlebnis - in Anbetracht eines ehemaligen Gefängnisses auch luxuriös

Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, jedoch nicht pompös.
Das Nachtessen war jeweils gut, hatte aber kaum Auswahl oder Ausweichmöglichkeit zum angebotenen Menu.
Die Lage leicht abseits vom Zentrum, dieses ist aber auch zu Fuss sehr gut zu erreichen und die Tramhaltestelle genau vor dem Hotel.
Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und gut eingerichtet. Wir empfanden es aber im ganzen Hotel etwas sehr kühl von der Temperatur.

Cons:

Die Temperatur im Hotel war etwas kühl für uns.
Beim Essen hätte uns eine etwas breitere Auswahl gefallen.

Cons:

Es war kalt im Zimmer .....sehr Kalt . Zum Glück konnt ich die 2. Bettdecke nutzen .

A hotel full of character and characters.
Pros:

Lovely hotel and great staff. The location is ideal and the hotel itself has a lot of character. The breakfast is part and the dinner too was fine. Nice sauna.

Pros:

Viihtyisä ja siisti ympäristö, ratikkapysäkki ihan vieressä. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Hintaan kuuluvat ruokailut olivat loistava lisä majoitukseen.

Cons:

Huone oli todella kylmä, saimme patterin pyydettäessä. Tämäkään ei auttanut, joten saimme vaihtaa huonetta. Siitä plussaa!
