Location, clean, friendly staff, good hot coffee always available.
Nothing.
I was taking an early flight out of Barkley and really appreciated that there was fresh coffee and fruit already out at 4am
The room was clean but smelled a little musty, like it was too humid in the room.
Location, clean, friendly
Nice area. Plenty of restaurant options. Clean hotel and lobby.
Room was a little bit musty. Due for a minor update.
We had a great stay! Check in was smooth and friendly, breakfast tasted good, room was clean, check out was smooth too! My only note for improvement is the tv in the room. It functioned for what we had planned, but the tv was old and we couldn’t get on Netflix or cast to it without our hdmi cord and laptop hooked up. Still, not a huge issue, but a smart tv would be the icing on top of this trip!
Great stay as always
I stopped here for one night while traveling back home to TN. The location is right off the interstate and is very convenient. The front desk associate was very friendly, professional and attentive. She upgraded my room and looked at the preferences on my profile to give us a perfect room. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was far superior to the paid breakfast at the DoubleTree I stayed in the night before. It was among the best complimentary buffets I've encountered among all hotel brands. The area was quiet and appeared to be a safe area. I got a great night's rest and will definitely be back. The combination of great service, reasonable rates, excellent room comfort and the above-average breakfast make this property the gold standard for similar hotels. I will definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area and need a hotel.
We stayed on the 4th floor. We had also stayed years back. The room was needing some updating, especially the bathroom. T.V. choices were minimal. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. The western omelette was a no, not vegetarian friendly. Breakfast potatoes were hot and good. Flavored coffee creamers are always a plus!
We enjoyed our stay.
I had a good stay in Paducah. Breakfast was served nice and hot.
I used to like coffee at the Hamptons better before. Has there been a change?
Shout-out to housekeeper Cassandra, who was still cleaning our room when we checked in. (Glitch in the housekeeping computer algorithm.) Cassandra was friendly and welcoming and told us a lot about the community. Nice property!
We have stayed at many Hampton Inn’s this one may have been the most beat down… and sticky. If it had not been very late I would have looked elsewhere. Staff was very nice, the building itself was just 10 years past ready for a complete remodel, too bad. On the up side the bed was comfortable.
I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Paducah for two nights while visiting a family member at a local hospital, and I had an excellent experience.
The location is very convenient—right near I-24 and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, which made everything easy during our stay. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained throughout.
One standout feature was the gym. It had everything you need for a solid workout and was honestly better than any other Hampton Inn gym I’ve used before. There’s also a great-looking indoor pool, which I didn’t get a chance to use, but it looked very inviting.
What really made the stay exceptional was the staff. Check-in was seamless, thanks to Stefanie, who went above and beyond to help us get three rooms squared away. We had to make some last-minute changes after a busy weekend for the hotel, and she handled everything with patience and professionalism. She took the time to ensure we had exactly what we needed, especially for a family member staying in a mobility-accessible room. Her customer service truly stood out.
The rest of the staff was just as friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Paducah area.
Breakfast was fair
