Two night stay.
Pros:

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Paducah for two nights while visiting a family member at a local hospital, and I had an excellent experience.

The location is very convenient—right near I-24 and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, which made everything easy during our stay. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained throughout.

One standout feature was the gym. It had everything you need for a solid workout and was honestly better than any other Hampton Inn gym I’ve used before. There’s also a great-looking indoor pool, which I didn’t get a chance to use, but it looked very inviting.

What really made the stay exceptional was the staff. Check-in was seamless, thanks to Stefanie, who went above and beyond to help us get three rooms squared away. We had to make some last-minute changes after a busy weekend for the hotel, and she handled everything with patience and professionalism. She took the time to ensure we had exactly what we needed, especially for a family member staying in a mobility-accessible room. Her customer service truly stood out.

The rest of the staff was just as friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Paducah area.

Clean, convenient, great staff.
Pros:

not a breakfast person but it looked like it had something for everyone, The parking and conveniece was great, easy to reach off I-24. Lots of great restarants near the hotel.

Cons:

The Hampton website or my browser hijacked me to bookings.com and I lost all my Hilton Honors points, so that was a big disappointment, nice stay but no benefit for my Hilton Honors point total..

Friendly staff, clean
Pros:

We had a short, one-night stay and loved it here. The staff was friendly and everything was very clean. They have an Elf that they move each morning. The first person to find it gets points or a candy bar. My kids enjoyed looking for it and they gave them each a candy bar when they found it!

True personal care - above and beyond!
Pros:

We have stayed several times at this hotel and it is set up very well in the king suite. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the room is dark and quiet.
Also we forgot and left a small cooler there about a year ago. We called and they found it and held it for us until we came back. Tracy McManus the office manager was so helpful and kind when we called. All staff were excellent. Thank you for your care for the customers!!

Pros:

Great hotel! Clean, safe, and numerous restaurants nearby. The front desk person was very helpful in suggesting nearby restaurants that were not fast food. Easy on and easy off I-24. Will definitely stay again at this hotel when passing through Paducah.

Extremely disappointed.
Pros:

Location, breakfast

Cons:

When we checked in, no one was at the front desk and there were 2 other people waiting in front of us. There was a sign saying she would be back shortly. This was at 4:00 when most guests start checking in. Our room smelled bad, black flakes on bedspread, phone was dead, had to go all the way down to front desk to connect to Wi-Fi and she had to write down the passcode. Will not go back!
