As soon as you walked in the building it smelled like mold. The building, the rooms and especially the bathrooms were very outdated. Fruit were black and not able to eat. The only “breakfast” there was was old cereal.

As I was on my way to check-in they called me and asked me to please cancel my reservation because they're under bew management and no longer honoring online reservations. They assured me my room upon arrival but failed to mention that it would coat me double of what I paid through hotels.com. For one, WHY WOULD THEY WAIT TO TELL ME THIS WHEN I'M ALREADY ON MY WAY THERE???!!!! Canceling at that point wouldn't allow me to get my refund from hotels.com. I was extremely upset because I really needed to stay there. I ended up having to book somewhere else further from where I needed to be. All they said was "I'm sorry I know I should've called you 2 days ago but I didn't." Like if that was gonna fix the issue.

Hotel bathroom was very dirty. Hair everywhere towels looked used. Almost no soaps or other amenities available. Hotel looked new but not taken care of. I’m glad it was cheap but it shouldn’t have been that unkept since it was in the upper mid companies. Definitely not staying there again
No swimmingpool
Property was a disaster from landscaping to carpet. The facility looks like they can’t afford lawn, pool or carpet services. The front desk is not manned most of the time because they stay in the side office. You ring the bell and you still wait. The vibe is that they don’t care much about guest. First night there was guest and kids running in the halls past midnight and slamming doors over and over. The room was dirty feeling.. the shower walls looked unclean and the AC had mold on the vents. The TV is outdated and the elevator smells dirty. The carpet in the halls are the worst with looks like spill or vomit stains. We did have a sink problem we notified them about and it was taken care of so one positive. Otherwise we checked out early because it was just bad.
Beds were extremely hard with some kind of stains on the sheets. Floors in the hall ways were full of bleach stains. Bathroom appeared to have mold on the ceiling and the caulking of the shower walls. The A/c worked great tho. Will probably find another hotel to stay at next time. The pool was out of service as well.
Breakfast was good and we were attended to by great staff.

Love it
The outside of the property had not maintained their grass or landscaping, and it was apparent that it had been untouched for some time. No care.
On the inside of the property, when I went to the third floor, I noticed the hallway was dirty. It didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in a while. I went inside the first hotel room that I was given, and there was debris on the carpet and long hair in the sink.
When I approached staff about the lack of cleanliness in the room, they gave me another room. I found out later that the blanket had blood on it. I left the blanket to wear. The blood was very obvious, but despite having the room cleaned, the blood either was not noticed or the staff did not care to change out the blanket.
I finally had to go downstairs and get my own blanket after staying there for two nights. I talked to staff about possibly getting a refund or discount on my stay, but it was never offered or extended to me. I ended up paying full price.
Staff was great. Pool was dark green cant see the floor. Place looked clean just like the pics. Plenty of parking saw big vehicles and a bus there. Well lit. However the place had a weird smell to it. Thought it was lobby only but hallway and my room had the same weird smell. Cant describe it other than it was unpleasant.
