A few days in El Calafate
Pros:

Beautiful location right in front of the lake. You can see the pink flamingos from your window. The service was great the room was clean. This place offers a complimentary shuttle service to down town and is always happy to help get a taxi if it’s out of the hours the shuttle runs. They have a bar with bites and a lobby where you can gather with friends and family. The World Cup was showing while in town. They have a nice spa with heated pool. Please bring your bathing suite!!!

La atencion del personal. Ademas se pusieron a taladrar contra la pared de la cabecera de mi cama para hacer mantenimiento de la habitacion contigua, el domingo por la mañana mientras descansabamos… pésimo. El precio es demasiado elevado

Cons:

Atendimento da limpeza do apto que ficou sem ser realizada em um dos dias . Atendimento do café da manhã que fomos chamados a atenção por fazer um sanduíche para levar em um hotel 5 estrelas que recebe turistas que saem muito cedo para fazer passeios aos glaciares e às vezes não tem tempo para o café da manhã . Reclamei na recepção e me pediram desculpas prometendo corrigir o erro.
