May be try a better option
Pros:

Very average hotel. Although we had a big room, the service was very bad. No one in reception speaks English. The room is located on the busy street, very noisy all night. The staff that cleaned a room next to us late in the evening, were so loud that I had to come out in my PJ to ask them to stop the noise. Breakfast was not nice, all was there but low quality. No one to speak to. I am positive that there are better hotel in the area.

5 estrelas precisando de um polimento.
Pros:

Quarto amplo, bom café da manhã, camas confortáveis. Bom espaço Zen.

Cons:

Quarto reformado, mas tomadas antigas com difícil conexão mesmo com adaptadores, calefação com termostato pouco preciso, banheiro alaga parcialmente após banho.

Nice stay- too expensive for Patagonia day tripping
Pros:

The property is beautiful and has lots of amenities and a great couple restaurants.

Cons:

Most of your trip to El Calafate are spent on day long tours and there’s really not much point in spending the price point this hotel is at what you’re in Patagonia to be outside all day. Other than that the hotel is perfectly nice and was a great stay.

Pros:

Buena ubicación. Dormitorios amplios. Cama cómoda.

Cons:

Esta venido abajo. El mantenimiento no es lo mejor.
El gym es vergonzoso. Tiene una maquina multiuso familiar de pésima calidad, 1 solo par de mancuernas y una cinta.
No es 5 estrellas de ningún modo.

Excelente hotel.
Pros:

Excelente atendimento no restaurante do Hotel, em especial da funcionária Alessandra. Serviço de concierge funcionou muito bem também.

Cons:

Faltou água quente numa noite no meu quarto. Tive que ir no quarto dos meus filhos…
