Lo mejor el personal
Es para destacar la calidad de atención de todos
La recepción , el personal del spa, de limpieza, del desayuno , del transfer al centro
Realmente muy buena atención
La ubicación del hotel excelente a mi gusto
No en el centro pero muy cerca se puede ir caminando , es muy lindo el camino y además el hotel ofrece por la tarde traslados a cada hora

Cons:

Si bien el hotel es súper silencioso
Se escuchaba el hablar de la habitación contigua
Tal vez eso molestaba un poco justamente porque el clima en general es muy agradable y silencioso

Pros:

Todo: las instalaciones, el servicio, el personal, especialmente el chófer del shuttle que traslada al centro. La política de cuidado ambiental.

Cons:

Solo pondría atención al piso de la ducha que es resbaladizo.

Pros:

the gym needs upgrade and the bed was V shaped very soft mattress. Breakfast, staff, cleanliness and location are great, the indoor/ourdoor warm pool is awesome as well. The staff was very accomodating. Overall great experince, with the 2 caveats noted above. Gym and bed!

Viewsfrom room, staff were very friendly and helpful, packed lunches were good, breakfast was good. .

Location was good as well, away from main township but great view, 45min walk into town or take the hourly shuttle put on by the hotel

Cons:

Paper thin walls. Initially we had two conversations going on either wall of ours keeping us awake then we had someone vomiting all night and realised the noise was coming through the bath tapware from another room!

The bed was two separate beds combined but one was higher than the other.

The place just needs a major revamp and it could be great.

Inolvidable vista del Lago Argentino, desde un Spa con todas las comodidades
Pros:

Una vista maravillosa desde el Spa, donde amablemente te dan batas y toallas de altísima calidad. Posee dos restorants con muy buena carta y precios y muy lujosos ambos. Además posee uno de los mejores desayunos que he probado en hotelería internacional. Se destaca su panificación (ya que tiene panadería propia dentro del hotel), su variedad de comidas saladas y sus tortas típicas del sur. Felicitaciones
