They give you a limited remote for the TV so you can’t change the language. Only terrestrial TV in Spanish.
Old beds, sag in the middle.

Alba was very sweet and helpful.

Absolutely loved this hotel for so many reasons. It was very comfortable bed and room overall was nice. Appreciated the a/c especially. I couldn't get the coffee maker to work after the first time but it could be user error due to no instructions.

The location was perfect. Right in the middle of the city yet situated in a quiet side street only 6-10 minute walk to various areas and plenty of shopping, food/dining options around. There was a tourism office literally next door where we got our 72 hour discount card for free metro, bus etc and discounts to various places. Even free tapa and wine in the central market. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Wardrobe and other accessories had scratches and the corner of the shelves were broken

Super nice place which had floors that were not carpeted and had some sort of wood planking, which was great because it means less allergy issues. Parking was around the corner and I think I spent about €20

The staff gave outstanding customer service and the property was so unique the rooms had such an amazing vibe and the patio had such beautiful views I didn’t want to leave. I would definitely come back to this hotel!

Parking was a challenge

After a small mixup with our room it was rectified by the lovely check in staff and our room was wonderful. The hotel was clean, the bar staff were great and the drinks were delicious. The furniture on the terrace could possibly be updated slightly, though. Overall the stay was made better by every member of staff we encountered - always smiling, happy and helpful!

Very interesting old property but shower fittings needed attention and very little drawer space in bedroom

Very nice staff

Over all the staff was good. However, the room they gave me was on the first floor on the Main Street. Very noisy. When i asked to move me, they just had maintence come spray some liquid on the AC . Then the TV Remote did not work and of course, they did not have another. Not a location to stay at if you want to rest

Lovely hotel in a great location. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the housekeeping were wonderful they even serviced our room late one afternoon because we slept in . Valencia is easy to get about especially from this hotel . Just ask the front of house staff and they will get you there .

Great hotel walking distance from all the city attractions.

Hotel was nice. Staff was excellent. Breakfast buffet was good and great variety. Be aware Parking is Not on site, but a block away.
