Pros:

Good overall. Could use some updates. Still feels stuck in the mid to late 2,000's.

Cons:

Pillows way to soft. Needed 3 to just hold my head up. Pool was a little dirty.

Pros:

Staff was wonderful, especially front desk and van drivers.

Except for breakfast person on Sunday. She was out of waffles by 9:15 when breakfast was open until 10:00. No apology. Just a comment "We're out!"

Van transportation to local sites was a great surprise!

Cons:

Toilet runs on room 216. Also tub needs some work in that room. We didn't want to use it.

Buffet area for breakfast was small and very congested. Maybe some of the items could be st up on the bar?

Clean hotel located in a convienent spot near the highway interchange.
Pros:

Close to interstate. Decent price. Clean.

Cons:

Elevators took forever. Apparently one of them broke down, but no sign stating that and housekeeping seemed to monopolize them in the morning. We ended up hauling all our stuff down the stairs due to the wait time. It would also be nice if there was a night stand on both sides of the beds. It would be nice to have a place to plug my stuff in and set my drink. The room was slated for 6 so it should be pretty evident that there would be bed sharing. It was also a very narrow space between the bed and the wall which made it difficult for me to get in the bed since I had knee surgery recently.

Girls Trip with a friend on hospice
Pros:

I thought for the price for a suite for 5 it was the best price I've ever paid at any hotel. It was VERY clean, super comfortable, Sheryl the front desk staff was very helpful checking in and getting extra linen, the lady checking us out the next morning on 07/23 was super kind and sent her sympathy as we were on a girls trip for my friend who was on hospice. Breakfast had great variety and was very good. It was also super quiet and calm so it was easy to sleep.

Cons:

The thing I didn't like is the pool was VERY small and at all times was loud with kids screaming, splashing, and overcrowded but then again it's summer and people are on vacations and staycations.

Would not stay again and am no longer planning to stay at SpringHill Suite hotels.
Cons:

Breakfast was terrible. Only a few basic foods, looked like a trip to Costco supplied the choices. Fake eggs. Waffle was bad. An underwhelming experience for an adult.
Signs everywhere directing what was allowed and not allowed. Even the coffee was weak and barely drinkable.
