This is a great value for the price. Rooms are clean and the staff always welcoming. The beds are comfortable and rooms include a refrigerator (not all have a freezer) and microwave. I stay here 4 times a year for a local dog agility trial. The hotel goes out of their way to accommodate us. The location is extremely convenient to our show location in Talking Rock. Plenty of places to eat nearby and Walmart, Kroger, and Publix are just down the street.
Staff was great. Top notch. The hotel is very outdated. Beds were so uncomfortable. Bathroom was fine, except the only outlet in bathroom did not work. The room was small but big enough. Tv was small but had a great variety of channels. Mattress was terrible, pillows were hard and flat and only one plug was available next to bed on side. No other outlets were available in the room that I could find.
The mattress and the need to update the entire hotel.
The bedding and the bathroom were very clean and the room was nice and cool in this summer heat.
The hallway had a terrible smell like an old ashtray and the grate on the light directly above the bed pillows was covered in thick dust!

Mini sausage biscuits and breakfast and extremely loud in the hallways and though out the night could not sleep. And there is no mini refrigerator in the room.

Room had a weird smell, bed felt moist, also had a weird smell, when shower used whole room steamed up and was sticky feeling.
Rooms were pretty clean and staff was very nice. I will definitely stay here if I come back to GA.
There were some areas for improvement - better cleaning but not enough to say it was bad.
The bathroom smelled so bad we could barely stand to use it. It smelled like urine and soured laundry. Shower seat looked disgusting.
