Pros:

Had a lovely staycation to celebrate my mother's birthday. It was so nice to be in a 2 br suite with a living room where we could gather - vs being in separate rooms. Service was exceptional. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

Afternoon tea was served rather late.

Pros:

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Staff were nice and friendly. The place is clean and also it is a great location.

Cons:

For a very spacious apartment, the bathroom is tiny.
We tried most of the dishes on the room service menu and though the service is quick, the food is poor. Not one dish was enjoyable or worth the price.

Location was close to shopping and restaurants

Cons:

The hotel rooms were out of date and the bathroom drainage in the shower and sink wasn't draining properly. The curtains in the rooms were dirty and old and have seen better days.
