spacious and great location but needs a total facelift
Pros:

location was spot on, and the room was spacious enough for 3 of us

Cons:

the whole place could do with a facelift....everything is old, rooms are musty and needs a new coat of paint.

Good customer service, clean rooms, big pool and jacuzzi
Pros:

* The room was spacious and cleaning services were available upon request.
* Wi-Fi around the room was accessible, however, there was poor connectivity in the restroom.
* The pool and gym services were clean and spacious.
* The security for the whole hotel was excellent.
* Staff were responsive and ready to assist with enquiries or issues.

Cons:

* The TV had cable, however, was not a smart TV and didn't have some of the more frequently used entertainment apps like YouTube or Netflix.

Over all It’s nice but short
Pros:

Its location inside the mall. The double room is nice and roomy.

Cons:

The lobby location is too far from the designated drop off. Nobody is there to help and direct guest , so we were somewhat lost.
My daughter found a cockroach roaming around the living room and kitchen. Which made us question the cleanliness of the hotel.

Experience ni Kuya Jem sa Ascott - Mesclun.
Pros:

Mesclun serves Balance Food from appetizer, veggies, fruits, ulam to dessers. All Personnels here have excellent customer service like Sir Edward who assists me sa pagset ng maayos na table, pagserve ng hot choco and sa pagliligpit ng mga plates & utensils.

Thanks be to God for having good experience and loobin makapagcheck-in ulit sa mga sususnod na months sa Ascott.

Next level hospitality and professionalism

The level of hospitality and professionalism here is truly beyond expectations. From the guard at the entrance to the reception team, everyone is genuinely nice and welcoming. You can really feel that they care about making your stay comfortable and smooth. Every interaction was pleasant and professional, and they go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of.

We had a really good experience overall and could not recommend this place more. I personally would like to thank everyone for their hospitality and for giving us such a nice and memorable stay. It truly made a difference.

Amazing Stay as Ascott
Pros:

We always enjoy staying in Ascott Makati. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Jayvee at the mesculin restaurant is so accommodating to go beyond to please our request on the food we miss in the Philippines even it is not in the food selection. That one is I am very thankful. To the kitchen chef platting my favorite breakfast dish with pride! Thank you! Kudos to the staff in mesculin and all the staff! We will surely be back!
