Pros:

It was good but not as great compared to Ascott BGC . The best thing is the hotel was close to a lot of places we wanted to go and The service and politeness of the staff is unmatched

Cons:

The spread of food for breakfast. Not much choices for the price we paid . They never opened the pool . We had 2 kids in the family that they never got the chance to enjoy it .

Bed is very small, shower handle has squeeky sound, telephone line not working, no staff to assist on the final exit door at the ground floor, very few options on the TV, molds noticed in the glass panels
