Pros:

Chansonnier le soir très divertissant et employés du restaurant comme Kevin (et Steve) très professionnels.
Bornes de recharge pour véhicule électrique très appréciées.
Proximité Mont Orford et Abbaye Saint-Benoît aussi un plus.
Belle diversité de choix pour déjeuner-buffet.

Cons:

Deux bains à remous plus endommagés et assez froid. Chambre avec cheveux sur oreillers et poussière à certains endroits. Accueil par une jeune dame moins respectueux.

Ce n’est plus la même chose qu’avant, c’était notre dernière fois après plusieurs fois avant, dommage

Le lit très confortable et l’équipement dans la chambre super

Cons:

Plusieurs chiens, senteur désagréable et chien qui on aboyer. L’attente de la chambre étais très très longue et le service à la réception a amélioré. Pas de sourire et le gars ne m’a même pas vus une fois. Sur le balcon un vieux pot laisser pour les fumeurs, assez dégueux.

We would recommend it to others. Comfortable. Love the coffee maker and amazing shower.

Facilities and spa were great!

Cons:

A lot of ice on the steps near exit 6. I had a nasty fall. Reported it then ice removed but was surprised at the condition of steps and parking lots.

Un moment de repos en famille remplie de joie et de petits bonheurs pour chacun !
Pros:

Nous avons voyagé avec une personne à mobilité réduite, trois adolescents et notre petit chien. L’endroit physique est super adapté pour les gens à mobilité réduite, de la rampe d’accès et à la salle de bain. Le fait que nous puissions amenez notre chien avec nous à l’hôtel c’est merveilleux ! De plus, le fait que les bains et saunas soient accessible pour toute la famille c’est magique !

J’ai tout aimé !! Mon séjour a été tout simplement parfait !

La chambre familiale est spacieuse avec un accès sur l'extérieur. Mais le canapé lit n'est pas du tout confortable et le ménage pourrait être plus poussé.
Le restaurant est bruyant et de qualité médiocre pour le prix. Par contre le personnel est adorable

Cons:

le service est à améliorer, erreur chambre donnée à quelqu'un d'autre donc attente pour une autre chambre pas prète, attente longue au bar car le bartender faisait aussi le service aux tables, et erreur de commande pour le repas au restaurant Tomahawk. Bref le personnel manque de formation.
