Everything
Hot tubs where not clean
Room was nice enough but showing signs of wear. The spa is nice. Particularly appreciated how dog friendly it was.
On particularly unpleasant from desk staff members. We had mad a request for a second floor room which was apparently not noted. While I understand the hotel cannot guarantee a specific room the condescending attitude was particularly unpleasant. Luckily her colleague more empathetic approach helped deal with the unpleasant situation
