Pros:

Camera STUPENDA! Vorrei sottolineare come la struttura è ben tenuta ed in ordine. Apprezzata la cura nella cena e nella colazione, ci siamo sentiti trattati da Re & Regina.
Ottime anche la personalizzazione depliant e attività suggerite, tocco di classe.

Cons:

Ci vorrebbe un servizio di Vallet per le auto, sarebbe molto apprezzato, soprattutto per lo scarico bagagli.

Die Mitarbeiter waren alle freundlich und man hat sich wohl gefühlt, die Zimmer sind etwas älter, jedoch sehr luxuriös gestaltet.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausgiebig.

Der Spa-Bereich war bis auf den Wirlpool außen sehr schön und gepflegt

Cons:

Es wurde kein Roomservice durchgeführt während unsere Aufenthalts, was bei einem 5 Star Hotel definitiv nicht geht. Beim Linch mussten wir selbst einen Kellner besorgen Ober die Rezeption, da niemand zu uns kam, genau so beim Nachmittags Kuchen. Gab uns eher ein Imbiss Gefühl als ein Luxus Retreat.

Die Wanne des Whirlpools im Außenbereich ist komplett kaputt ACHTUNG VERLETZUNGSGEFAHR!

Beim Abendessen gab es ein ungenießbares Fleisch, das um uns herum alle zurück gehen lassen haben, uns wurde zwar Fisch stattdessen angeboten allerdings keine Entschädigung.

Bei der Abreise zahlten wir 200€ extra wegen eines Kurzurlaubs, darüber wurden wir davor nicht informiert.

Für 5 Sterne fehlt es hier definitiv an Service und den Details

Super Entspannungsurlaub
Pros:

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und konnten sehr gut entspannen! Personal & Service waren top, Zimmer auch top, bequeme Betten und einen schönen Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Berge! Das Essen war sehr lecker, beim Frühstück gab es alles was das Herz begehrt und das Abendessen war auch super lecker, wir kommen gerne wieder, vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt :)!
