Staff impeccabile, camere spaziose, arredamento interno curato, cucina di qualità e spa di dimensioni adeguate

Cons:

Purtroppo nella camera vi era un rumore di fondo (ventola? Climatizzazione? Non ho capito cosa fosse) per me insopportabile che mi ha impedito di dormire per tutta la notte ed è valso a rovinare il mio intero soggiorno (nel quale il riposo dopo una giornata in montagna e prima di tornare a lavoro era prioritario). L'altro lato negativo è che pur prenotando con una settimana di anticipo (e non siamo in alta stagione) gli unici orari per un massaggio erano o alle 16 (in cui uno si presuppone sia ancora a godersi la giornata in montagna) oppure il giorno successivo alle 12.

Meravigliosamente consigliato
Pros:

La struttura è meravigliosa, curata e accogliente. La SPA davvero da non perdere. Ma e soprattutto la cucina ad essere davvero interessante: piatti ricercati e mai banali, che ti saziano ma non appesantiscono. La pasticceria? Lascia davvero senza parole

Cons:

6 euro per l’acqua a tavola lascia davvero l’amaro in bocca. Conviene bere solo vino

Pros:

Camera STUPENDA! Vorrei sottolineare come la struttura è ben tenuta ed in ordine. Apprezzata la cura nella cena e nella colazione, ci siamo sentiti trattati da Re & Regina.
Ottime anche la personalizzazione depliant e attività suggerite, tocco di classe.

Cons:

Ci vorrebbe un servizio di Vallet per le auto, sarebbe molto apprezzato, soprattutto per lo scarico bagagli.

Die Mitarbeiter waren alle freundlich und man hat sich wohl gefühlt, die Zimmer sind etwas älter, jedoch sehr luxuriös gestaltet.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausgiebig.

Der Spa-Bereich war bis auf den Wirlpool außen sehr schön und gepflegt

Cons:

Es wurde kein Roomservice durchgeführt während unsere Aufenthalts, was bei einem 5 Star Hotel definitiv nicht geht. Beim Linch mussten wir selbst einen Kellner besorgen Ober die Rezeption, da niemand zu uns kam, genau so beim Nachmittags Kuchen. Gab uns eher ein Imbiss Gefühl als ein Luxus Retreat.

Die Wanne des Whirlpools im Außenbereich ist komplett kaputt ACHTUNG VERLETZUNGSGEFAHR!

Beim Abendessen gab es ein ungenießbares Fleisch, das um uns herum alle zurück gehen lassen haben, uns wurde zwar Fisch stattdessen angeboten allerdings keine Entschädigung.

Bei der Abreise zahlten wir 200€ extra wegen eines Kurzurlaubs, darüber wurden wir davor nicht informiert.

Für 5 Sterne fehlt es hier definitiv an Service und den Details
