Pobyt w hotelu na piątym piętrze umożliwił podziwianie pięknych widoków na stare miasto i port.
Pros:

Hotel fantastyczny. Bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany przy samej starówce z pięknym widokiem na port. Personel dbał o każdy szczegół. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane i wymieniane ręczniki. Na śniadaniu każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Pyszne croaisnty i wyśmienita kawa. Wybór tego hotelu był strzałem w dziesiątkę. Z chęcią wróce tam jeszcze raz.

Tökéletes helyszín, mindenhez közel.

Cons:

5 éjszakás tartózkodással a családi szoba mellé helyeztek el bennünket ami egyenlő volt a szó szerint üvöltő-, visító gyerekekkel. Amíg nincs teltház, a vendégélmény es a pihenés miatt illene 1 szobát üresen hagyni a családi szoba mellett, mert a papírvékony falak nem védenek semmitől. Máshol a szobakiosztást úgy intézik, hogy akik hosszabban tartózkodnak, eldugottabb, csendes szobát kapnak, míg az 1-2 napra érkező átutazók a forgalmas részre kerülnek. Nem túlzok, britt család kb 3-5 éves gyermekei este 10kor még sikítozva rohangáltak körbe-körbe az apjuk pedig velük üvöltözött a szobában, 2 nap múlva ugyanez németekkel ismétlődött. Tudom nem a szálloda hibája a vendégek viselkedése, ezért is adok teljesen jó minősítést a szállodának.

Il personale alla reception efficiente e gentilissimo.posizione eccezionale hotel pulito e con tutti i servizi ameniities e acqua di cortesia compresi.

Cons:

Prodotti della colazione per lo più industriali e di scarsa qualità.Poco dolce.Zero spremute fresche e che dire del tiramisù posto in un angolo ,al caldo e senza copertura....poi ci si sorprende delle intossicazioni . Altra nota dolente i camerieri: tanti, troppi e poco professionali.Ti girano intorno come mosche fastidiose e ti osservano in maniera indiscreta. Inconcepibile la cameriera che maneggia alimenti coi capelli lunghi che svolazzano.Proprio non si fa oppure i maschi con la divisa sudaticcia.Ancora la terrazza della sala è coperta da un pannello in plexiglass sporchissimo.Io e mio marito siamo viaggiatori incalliti e alloggiamo in strutture di alto livello. Sempre più ci rendiamo conto quanto è facile scadere per poca attenzione ai particolari importanti che fanno la differenza in una struttura.

Great location but tranquility is also important!!
Pros:

Fantastic location and beautiful room.

Cons:

We paid for the best room but fan was not working in bathroom so quite smelly when we went in. 8th floor was amazing but meant we were directly below breakfast room, which again is so nice with a view over the marina, but for us from 7am extremely noisy with the clatter of heels, chairs being pulled out etc.
