Overall, our stay was Great, and the facility is pet friendly, which allowed us to bring our puppy!
Pros:

The staff is Great! The Ease and Convenience to all area attractions and restaurants, is Great, and it is is pet friendly!

Cons:

On-site Restaurant was not open, Hot Tub at pool area, was not usable/under repair.

Pros:

We love to stay here. It's convenient for us to stay here because we always go to Biltmore, and it is just across the square. This is the only place we have stayed at in Asheville since the first time we stayed here.

Cons:

We did find a couple of dirty dishes found in the oven.

My stay at lantern lodge was lovely for my pup and I.
Pros:

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The accommodations were wonderful. Felt very safe and comfortable. Very cozy. Fully equipped. Staff even replaced coffee packs as needed. Really enjoyed the balcony. Was dog friendly which was very much appreciated.

Cons:

It was not that I did not like it as it was most likely just a temporary inconvenience while I was there. The elevators were down where I was staying which was not bad for me but could be for those who can not navigate stairs or who may have a hard time carrying weight up and down the steps.
The hot tub was also out of service which was disappointing. I would have used that after my 12 hour drive there and the many hikes I took.

It was an overnight, we survived
Pros:

Location and that it was multi bedrooms.

Cons:

One bed was so squeaky that it was hard for that person to sleep. The main shower was so clogged you ended up standing in inches of water and we were worried it would flood the bathroom. Also, blinds in every room were broken. And it’s loud, it anyone is walking outside your unit, you hear it.

I had a very relaxing and restful stay.
Pros:

I liked the location. It was easy to get to the places I wanted to go to.

Cons:

My only issue was the WiFi connection was really weak.

Wouldn't have stayed had I known....
Pros:

Close to Biltmore Estate.
Big tub

Cons:

Hot tub out of service, old, flat lumpy pillows, ice maker broken, couch very old and uncomfortable, restaurant was completely closed/not an option overall just tired and run down

Pros:

Its location to other places. Its was spacious for our family of 6.

Cons:

They didn't have enough towels, and there was no bedding for the pull out couch. It says it accommodated up to 6, but yet there was only 4 towels. AND, when making a reservation for 6 you would think that would be noted that we would need pillows and sheets/ blankets for the pullout bed.

Pros:

Room was spacious. It had an adequate amount of pots and pans for cooking while there.

Cons:

Room was alot more dated than in the photographs. We did not have any cleaning services or trash emptying the three days that we were there. Shower had a lot of mildew in the master.

Would stay again but definitely ask first about the elevator.
Pros:

The room was lovely. The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The elevator was out of service. I had to haul the luggage up two flights of stairs.
