Perfect location and space for a very reasonable price.
Pros:

The apartment was very spacious, had most of the amenities listed, the location is only a few minutes to the Biltmore gate. Perfect for friend and large family travel with 2 baths and TVs in every room.

Cons:

My sheets were paper thin and pilling so very rough. I paid to have the sheets changed ($25) but the new sheets were just as worn.
Time to replace the sheets. Truly made a difference in the quality of sleep.

Cons:

The room above was filled with Party “Kids” who got started t 10pm and went through to 7:30 am… music, dancing, yelling … security guards called 3 times and they stopped for 10 mins… totally inadequate. Whole bunch of partying teens… complaints were pointless and management even more pointless and useless. Ruined our next day and left us feeling alienated in our own room. Avoid the place as it is designated as a party townhouses, hotel for college kids.

Pros:

The room was amazing. The view wasn't incredible but it was nice. Had everything we needed for our two day say. Everything was so close. The beds were a little too firm for our taste and the pillows were a little flat but we made due.

Cons:

No smoking allowed on property so I had to walk down to the road and that can be a little scary at night.

Door hinges need to be oiled- they make noise as you open them. Bathroom seat is broken in hall bath.

Nice location and stay but some flaws
Pros:

It was in a great location and it had a full kitchen that could be used. The rooms were a good size.

Cons:

The refrigerator ice and water dispenser was turned off.. It would work if they didn't cut off the water to it. We were confused by this. Also the rug in the living area was old and worn, you could see where they used sticky tape.
