I'll send my bath loving friends here when they come visit.
Pros:

The staff is above and beyond sweet and chill. From the front desk to the cleaning support to the amazing restaurant, they were great. The 1-bedroom was really roomy, they had a decent amount of cooking supplies, and I used that INCREDIBLE bath almost every day. It was perfect in the winter during a cold spell.

Cons:

All of the rooms are independently owned so there is no quality control on the management side. We moved rooms a few times because there seemed to be something broken (fridge, bed, washer/dryer) in each one of the units until we found our goldilocks room. (We aren't super picky, but were staying a while and needed to wash our clothes, sleep well on a bed that didn't cave in, and to have our food not expire.) Stay in room 421.

Great place for a small party with lots of amenities and close to everything.
Pros:

This was such a great place to stay - we had a two-bedroom suite that included a full kitchen and living room with gas fireplace. Easily accessible to all the things we wanted to do and a great price.

Cons:

We had minor issues - a shelf in the kitchen fell and broke a glass (easily fixed), the shower with tub was slow to drain, the roll in shower (we had disability friendly room - not sure if all units are like that) leaked to the bathroom floor creating a possible slip hazard, one outlet in the kitchen wasn't working, ice maker had been removed but ice trays were available. Room was clean but not spotless. But still really enjoyed being here and would come back.

Pleasant, calming and comfy.
Pros:

The room was spacious, comfortable, and centrally located in Asheville, the on-location restaurant and bar was utterly incredible as well. The bed was absolutely to my liking, and I was very happy with the kitchen as well.

Cons:

I would have preferred if they replaced the slotted blinds on the balcony doors with blackout curtains, or something that could be slid into place. They weren't effective at blocking out the light in the morning. Also there were no coffee filters for the coffee maker, but that was ok as we didn't drink any. Also there was someone above us who were could hear moving about at all hours.

We would choose to stay there again.
Pros:

Everything was great. The only problem we had was actually finding the office for check-in. Signage was not great, and at least one other guest was having the same problem.
