Pros:

The bed was very comfortable. Accommodations were very clean. Close to everything.

Cons:

Ice maker was turned off by the property and no one told us or offered water or ice upon checking in. Nothing was in the booklet about the TV wifi connection and we finally called and found that the TV wifi was different than the room wifi.

PRICE was amazing and SPACE was great, but you get what you pay for.
Pros:

The size of the accommodations was GREAT. We loved the large bathroom and the jacuzzi tub. Kitchen was big enough for cooking. The location couldn't have been better -- close to downtown and the Biltmore Estate. Beautiful Views from the room, comfortable balcony.

Cons:

It was obvious that cost cutting measures had been taken for the amenities. There was only 1/2 roll of toilet paper and NONE to be found when we ran out. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee filters -- even when we requested them -- they provided decaf pouches of coffee, but not regular coffee pouches. There was a little dixie cup of 1 oz. dish soap under the sink that fell out and made a mess when we opened the cabinet -- no more soap was available. There was a clothes washing machine, but no detergent. there were no batteries in the smoke detector. It was OK because the PRICE couldn't be beat -- but the cost cutting measures became OBVIOUS ... QUICKLY

overall very good
Pros:

food ordered through the azalea restaurant was not good and portion was very small for main course. pot roast was not edible at all and the spaghetti squash with pasta was good but appetizer portion …. 47.00 dollars was crazy …. we ordered a pizza from a local pizza restaurant it was good and filling
