Great Stay
Pros:

Fantastic hotel in a superb location. Amazing food and drink albeit the steak restaurant can get expensive. Staff helpful and attentive. 5 minute walk to the lifts. Spa was small but immaculate. Could not fault this hotel. Great atmosphere in the bar in the early evening.

Fabulous hotel, staff brilliant, great location. Love this hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and helpful. It would be useful to have a note on the table saying you can request eggs from the kitchen as we didn’t realise the first day. Concierge was very helpful and booked all our restaurants for the trip. Bar staff were all polite and swift to respond. All staff were great.

An exceptional hotel n a prime location.
Pros:

Great decor, beautiful rooms and an excellent spar facility. The staff were exceptional ready to help with anything. Highly recommend.

all other hotel staff was amazingly nice and kind but I cannot accept hotel manager's attitude!!
Cons:

the room was terrible! open bathroom, small partitions, narrow paths that we always hit our head to the beams! definitely not suitable for family stay! and more importantly than anything, although we tried to explain to the manager that it was not the type of room we had booked, he insisted that it was and asked for around 40% extra for changing us to similar type of room!!! all other hotel staff was amazingly nice and kind but I cannot accept hotel manager's attitude!!
