In website they mentioned about breakfast and coffee but there is nothing like that in the hotel. I was very disappointed 😞.
Worst motel I've ever been in. Cockroaches everywhere. Dirty rooms. Dirty bedding. Smelled like smoke. Avoid at all costs
We learned only on arriving that breakfast service was not available. The hotel's food service has been removed by the city. There should have been an automatic disciunt.
It leaked in the room toward the bed. We requested a new room: denied by the staff. He claimed he fixed it. We doubt that! He was very hard to deal with. One time on the phone, a very short call all He said was "shut up" , and hung up. I had to call Wyndam corporate customer care to get them to get thru to the manager. They called back finally to say we would be moved to another room. It never happened.

It wasn’t clean the blanket had cigarette burns in it the room had a roach infestation and the manager basically knew and tried to give me a room at a discount instead of a refund I do not advise anyone who wants a clean place to stay to stay here

Pulled into the parking lot and was verbally assaulted by guests through a window. We didn’t feel safe and requested a refund. The clerk agreed and confronted the group. Because we couldn’t identify who said what through the window, he refused to refund payment.

It was Icky , it had roaches and the owner was okey with that . Didn’t compensate us on the inconvenience either just gave us another room after making us pay an extra 40 to check in 3.5 hrs early. They advertised breakfast and all of the 4 nights we stayed we didn’t get ANYTHING. The man was rude as well when we came in to check in . We were willing to wait because we didn’t want to pay 40 on top of the 300 some that was just spent on the room . But he didn’t even let us sit in the breakfast area he obviously wasn’t using and was nobody about to wait 3.5 hrs after being up on the bus for 4 hrs just to make it there and still have to wait . My toilet got clogged as well and I had to unclogged it … lol never again .
I liked that my room was clean loved the room
the staff they act like they have no access to supplies like trash bags and things dont like that I refuse housekeeping service and room did have a smell when I walking in but I fixed that with febreeze
Smoke detector was missing from the ceiling Bathroom floor wasn't really very clean.
