The property was torn up inside and out, caroets ripped up, musty smell, oarking lot in bad shape. No breakfast offered, and shady people outside loitering.

Location was ok.
Baby how are you going to when we checked into our room the top cover had stains all over it it had burn holes in the cover. The next blanket had burn holes into the sheet so that just proves that they were never changed. The lady of the desk so just throw them in the floor and get them changed in the morning. I told the cleaning crew that they were in the floor and they need to change they said okay. Nobody even entered my room that day. Cuz I was staying multiple days. There was a water leak in the ice machine which was directly in front of my door with towels soaking up the water but no wet floor sign. Which is a safety violation. Online stated that there was free complimentary breakfast but their breakfast was shut down for not having a city or state permit. So that's false advertising. Illegally operating without a license there was mold in the shower. And the heater / exhaust fan in the bathroom was falling out of the ceiling. And I have pictures of all this to prove it. I have more than just the four photos that I can upload also.
Great
I paid for hotel with breakfast. After I had paid they informed that there was no breakfast. I wanted my money back, but they refused. I found another hotel with breakfast. I have still not received money back, neither from the hotel, nor from Booking. This is bad!

I didn't even stay there. I would like to try and get a refund. You can look at my account to see that I booked a different hotel and stayed that night because the super 8 was so bad. Dirty, bugs and carpeting ripped out all stacked up in the very front of the lobby.
They canceled my reservations bc I didn’t come at 3 o’clock re booked my room for for more money because every hotel was booked in the entire st.louis I don’t Appreciate the costumer service he hung up on my face 10 times.
