We brought our grandkids to see the air museum and stayed…. Convenient, comfy and they enjoyed the pool and breakfast.

Pros:

Ottima posizione di fronte all'Air Force Museum. Alla reception ci hanno offerto la camera con vista verso il museo visto che era la prima volta che soggiornavamo li. abbiamo apprezzato. Camera pulita e in media come spazi e dotazioni. Colazione nella media.

Cons:

Niente da segnalare sulla struttura. Per andare in centro a Dayton è necessaria l'auto.

Great base for visits to the USAF Museum
Pros:

This is a great spot to stay if you are visiting the Air Force Museum. Clean and well maintained, plenty of free parking and a decent breakfast included. Moderate walk or a short drive to the museum.

A comfortable setting
Pros:

We found our room with a King size bed very spacious for my husband and I. There is a comfortable loveseat couch pull out if you wish to have another guest, but it is a lovely place to sit and relax reading a book. The bed was comfortable. I would have preferred the mattress to be a little softer, but we both slept well. The bathroom is very modern, appears to have been updated recently. There is an air force museum across the road with activities. It is a nice place to stay. We did not stay for breakfast as we had other plans. Come and see for yourself.

Horrible management poor customer service
Pros:

I mistakenly made a reservation for the wrong date and called within 10 minutes of discovering the error.Although I promptly canceled, I was not issued a refund.

I was told a manager would contact me, but I never received a callback.After disputing the charge with my credit card company, management denied the dispute and refused a refund. I also requested a credit for a future stay, which was denied.

I acted immediately to correct the error, canceled within minutes, and made repeated good-faith efforts to resolve the matter. It is unfortunate that a family-oriented museum is located adjacent to this business.

After reviewing other customer feedback, it appears similar issues have occurred. I hope this information assists others in making informed decisions about where to stay.

Great Place to Stay to Visit the Air Force Museum
Pros:

The Comfort Suites Dayton-Wright Patterson is a great place to stay when you want to visit the US Air Force Museum. You can even see the museum from the front of the motel. Although it looks like you could almost walk to the museum, we took the advice of hotel staff and drove. As the staff pointed out, we were so tired after a day of walking around the museum, that it was easier to drive.

The staff is helpful and courteous. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet is what you would expect at any decent hotel; I was always able to find plenty that I wanted to eat.
