Probably wouldn’t stay here again.
Pros:

Very friendly staff
Lobby Elevators and room was clean

Cons:

Truck Drivers blocking all of the parking
Minimal light in parking lot
Booked a room with two beds but at check in, found that we had been put into a handicap accessible room with one bed.
Breakfast was very underwhelming. Refrigerated items that you heated up in a microwave yourself.

Good location
Pros:

It seemed clean. The water pressure was good. The lady working the desk when we checked out was super nice and professional. We'll probably stay here again the next time we're traveling through this area.

Cons:

The only thing that was glaringly obvious was cracks in the sink that made me wonder how clean it could be.

Staff was incredible. Room was very clean.
Pros:

Everything was very conveniently placed. Vending machines and ice machines were easy to get to. The staff was so sweet. We booked another night but my mother had to stay in the hospital so they were kind enough to issue a refund when I called to cancel the booking and explained the situation with my mother’s heart surgery. Will definitely stay here again!

Uncomfortable feeling like I would never stay at this establishment again.
Pros:

I felt unwelcome from the moment I arrived. I have never experienced such poor customer service at any hotel. The way I was treated was both humiliating and embarrassing.

During the check-in process, the staff refused to allow me to speak with a manager to address my concerns. Instead of attempting to resolve the situation professionally, I was left feeling dismissed and disrespected.

Had I arrived earlier in the day and been able to find another hotel with available accommodations, I would have left immediately and stayed elsewhere. Unfortunately, due to the circumstances, I had no other option but to remain.

This experience fell far below the level of professionalism and hospitality I expected, and it left me extremely disappointed with my stay

Cons:

There was no customer service, professionlism , staff was stressed in street clothes and sun glasses.
