i do not think this place is an 8/10 as it is currently rated and would advise staying elsewhere.
Pros:

staff was accommodating and wanted to help make sure we were comfortable.

Cons:

the room had a horrible smell and felt damp. we were offered a different room but it had the same issue. there was also no fitness studio as was advertised.

Pros:

建物はやや古いが清掃状態は良い。部屋の広さも十分。大きな道を渡る必要があるが、徒歩圏にメキシコスーパー・コインランドリー・南米系料理店複数があり意外と便利。

Cons:

朝食は淋しい。シャワーの水圧は弱い（宿のランクなりではある）。価格に対して良くも悪くも相応の内容で、お値打ち感はない

A fair price, you get what you pay for. Not too clean but comfy beds.
Pros:

Fair price I guess.

Cons:

There was hair in the drain plug in the bathroom. The cleaning products smell was so strong. I had to hold my breath in the elevator. In general, the room smelled musty.

Our stay was pleasant and the staff was friendly.
Pros:

Conveniently located near the airport and freeway. The beds were comfortable and they cleaned and refreshed the room each day.

Cons:

The neighborhood was a bit rundown.
The hotel and our room was also rundown.
Definitely needs some updating.

If they had only had eggs. . .Otherwise, our stay was wonderful.

Very clean. Very comfortable. Would be staying at again
Pros:

It was very clean! Once I walked in it also had that.. ‘new’ smell. Which is do to the facts that they where remodeling!

Cons:

Nothing I didn’t like. Although , the man who I checked in with told me that check out was at 12pm … which was not the case
