Breakfast was superb. A 5 star experience.
Hotel was immaculately presented. Gorgeous, calm, oasis-like pool area. Super professional and friendly staff, very helpful. Suite was so clean, comfortable and quiet.
Everything about this hotel was just perfect.
Charming, friendly, immaculately clean and well-run
The walk to restaurants in the local area
Les chambres sont comfortables quoique malodorantes au niveau des WC.
Les odeurs d'égout qui règnent un peu partout et qui n'ont l'air de déranger personne...
La nourriture ne correspond pas à mes standards culinaires et digestifs..
What a lovely friendly hotel, all the staff want to help make your holiday special. We will be back next year.
The only thing that was not good was that every night in the bar and lounge two TV (football) was on and you couldn't get away from them so we couldn't sit and have a drink after our meal we had to go out. Please consider guests that don't want to watch TV and maybe section a area off for those that do without the guests that don't having to go elsewhere.
Thank you for a great stay.
La propreté
Le personnel a essayé de nous faire payer 2 fois le séjour.
Nous avions régler via booking et nous avons du nous justifier pendant 20 minutes, compte bancaire a l'appui pour qu'on nous laisse enfin tranquil.
Très déçus
Great stay here and have to especially mention Khalid who was always happy and service minded . A really amazing person. Also Aisha in the reception was helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and delicious omelette s.
The cleanliness here is suburb . Only thing we wish is that the hotel would offer some Moroccan entertainment. ( maybe just once a week? ) Found out to late that the hotel next door does have but wasn’t aware it was available for other guests.
The location is ideal, being about a 20 minute walk to the beach/promenade. It is a quiet, relaxing and friendly hotel. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean and well presented . We booked about a month in advance at a good price. The service provided by all the staff, especially Khalid and the reception staff, waiters and cleaners . There is a small gym and a spa - alas availability was in short supply as the weather was not at its best, but it was late February/early March, so somewhat of a gamble-but much better than the weather at home!
Had an AMAZING Hammam with treatments over 3 days - absolutely superb value and each day brought Hammam with different massages, scrubs, treatments and facial. The women in the spa are very professional and friendly,.made us very much at ease. Certainly worth a visit for a Moroccan Hammam - highly recommend.
Staff v friendly helpful
Evening meal at 7 then hotel and bar empty and dead
Evening meal dress code ignored
Take your own soup and tea spoons
All food hot or cold always put on v cold plates
Would not recommend hot food in evening
No flavour or love
Breakfast good

Timoulay Hotel another visit, It just gets better and better the friendliness from every one here makes this hotel so special Thanks to Everyone at reception 5*Bar staff the Chefs waiters head of house and the ladies that make my room beautiful..Thank you…the ladies that keep the whole hotel clean beautiful ..Security… also the lady in the shop who is lovely and helpful.Timoulay Staff you are all Amazing..Special Thanks to “Omar” and everyone else they works at reception you are all Fantastic.certainly the best hotel in Agadir..Check it out you will not be disappointed 5*+Service always.
We highly recommend the Hotel Timoulay and Spa, it is absolutely spotlessly clean from the moment you step through the door and the staff are wonderful, very professional polite and friendly, they cannot do enough for you. The food was great, it was buffet style but was always hot and filled constantly. The bar area was lovely with big Moroccan sofas and tables and lots of cushions. We didnt use the pool as it was winter but it was kept beautifully as were the gardens surrounding it. The hotel is set a bit back from the beach but its an easy 5 min walk, there is a lot of new construction going on around the hotel but it was not noisy and did not detract from our stay.
I would not hesitate to give The Timoulay Hotel and Spa a 5* rating as it is very much deserved and we would 100% stay here again.
We hope to be regular visitors.
Hotel Timoulay was a lovely hotel.
It’s the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
The rooms were lovely clean, and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Maid service was excellent.
But there were a few downers about this hotel.
Staff were quite friendly although waiters at breakfast were not.
We found it very hard to communicate with 90% of the staff as they didn’t understand us! It took 6 attempts to try and get extra coat hangers!
They supplied tea and coffee in the rooms but no milk which I thought very weird! Why couldn’t they supply that as well? You had to buy milk.
1 small bottle of water when we arrived then nothing rest of the week.
1 dressing gown and 1 pair of slippers for 2 people?
Air con only blew out hot and when we asked reception how to make it cool as we were very hot said they don’t turn it to cool until June?
Music around pool was appalling piano music which sounded like a bad Les Dawson was playing!! Same all the time never changed. Either that or silence!
Breakfast nice but fresh orange watered down after the first 2 days! Pancake egg lady outside is fabulous. All in all a lovely week and with a few tweaks it would have been perfect.
