The tv wouldn't turn on for the first 2-3 nights. Front desk claimed it was the internet, but that can't be true because the internet wouldn't stop the tv from turning on. Traveled with others and their tvs also didn't work, but talking with people in the lobby they had working tvs. Phones in the room also did not work, in no one's room we talked to. Hot tub was the same temperature as the pool, freezing cold. The waitress at the restaurant apparently had an episode and was replaced with someone from the Hampton Inn next door. She tried her best, but was overwhelmed. Manager was apparently very new. Diamond food and beverage credit was not applied to account and front desk staff claimed that wasn't a thing. Had to get manager involved to fix the issue. Food ordered at restaurant was placed on wrong tabs (coworkers) and couldn't be fixed. The potential is there, but this hotel needs some serious management and training.

I loved the staff , but the owners need to put seats for the registration desk employees to be able to sit on a bar stool during there 8 hour shift . I saw several loyal employees doing a great job , standing without anyone awaiting to register . It would be a reasonable accommodation to allow for two bar stools so that the employees could sit when not busy

We spent two nights here and were very satisfied. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our room was clean and bed was comfortable. Kudos to Amy, our server for breakfast. She was a true gem, efficient, kind, friendly, it was a great way to start our day!

The room was not clean. Lots of mold on the bathroom floor grout seriously impacted my allergies. Room was not serviced on 2nd day as per normal.
My mistake. Booking rooms for my next several weeks trips, i'm a Hilton Diamond so booking multiple Hilton properties and booked this one for the wrong dates by mistake. I contacted the front desk within 45 minutes of booking the property and was told that since it was past the date to cancel i would not be able to cancel. I explained the mistake and asked if they could work with me and they refused. Poor way to treat your Diamond member customers. i'll avoid this property in the future.
