Poor Customer Service
Pros:

My mistake. Booking rooms for my next several weeks trips, i'm a Hilton Diamond so booking multiple Hilton properties and booked this one for the wrong dates by mistake. I contacted the front desk within 45 minutes of booking the property and was told that since it was past the date to cancel i would not be able to cancel. I explained the mistake and asked if they could work with me and they refused. Poor way to treat your Diamond member customers. i'll avoid this property in the future.

Convenient location
Pros:

Hotel was clean and staff were pleasant. Feel like their breakfast buffet set up is deceptive as it makes it look like it’s complimentary when it isn’t. Also - how does Hilton feel it necessary to charge $3 for what should be a complimentary bottle of water. Feels very much like you are being nickel and dimed compared to other hotels.

Good Job Hilton
Pros:

This Hotel checked all the boxes. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles and made to feel welcome. The desk personal even remembered my name. The room was clean and in order. The Air Conditioning was nice and cold. Some place we stay they adjust the A/C overnight so they save money on electricity. Not this place. Loved it. The restaurant had a very good selection on their menu. The service was very good and we were well attended too. Good Job Hilton!

Good location, amazing staff, clean and convenient
Pros:

The propert is conviently located and close to Freeways. The property is clean and staff is absolutely amazing. Tori at the front desk went above and beyond to assist us. She is truly a gem.
