La chambre attribuée : 15m2 , 2 lits individuels plaqués contre le mur et séparés par une table de nuit ( de par notre morphologie et notre corpulence, il nous a était impossible de dormir cette nuit !!!!) n’avait rien à voir avec la chambre réservée!!!!!! : 34 m2 , un lit double extra large .
Malgré les excuses du personnel de réception.
Aucun geste commercial, tel qu’une remise sur le prix de la chambre,ou du petit déjeuner ou bien même du parking !!!!

The view and the location.
We are extremely disappointed with our stay. We paid €2,300 for six nights, expecting a quality hotel, but the experience was far below what we paid for.
The first room we were given had a broken shower. Instead of moving us to another room, the staff came to “fix” it three different times. In the end, the shower still didn’t work properly.
The hotel itself is old and outdated, and so are the rooms. The bathroom had mold, there wasn’t even a toilet brush, and the hotel provided cheap single-ply toilet paper. These are basic standards that should be expected at this price point.
The worst part was that the hotel is currently undergoing renovations. Construction work started early in the morning, with loud drilling and hammering that woke us up every day. We were never informed about this before our stay.
The pools are small, old, and nothing like what you would expect from a hotel in this price range. There is also no parking, which is another major inconvenience.
Overall, this hotel is absolutely not worth the money. Paying €2,300 for six nights and receiving this level of accommodation and service is unacceptable. We would not recommend this hotel and certainly would not stay here again.
