Schönes Hotel in guter Lage mit nettem Personal.
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt - direkt am Meer und Nähe Stadt, somit fussläufig alles super zu erreichen.

Cons:

Es wurde mit 2 Pools geworben. Bei jenem im EG war nur bis Mittag Sonne und somit später fast zu kalt zum Liegen. Der zweite Pool hätte zwar ganztägig Sonne gehabt, war allerdings zum besuchten Zeitraum nicht zu benutzen, wegen Umbauarbeiten. Beim Frühstück sind zu wenig Sitzplätze vorhanden.

Perfect hotel for a lovely relaxing break
Pros:

Fantastic breakfast - all very fresh. The hotel had stunning seaviews and the staff were so friendly and helpful - it was the perfect base for a lovely few days relaxing!

Relaxing, comfortable stay
Pros:

The location was ideal, close to the restaurants and the marina. The breakfast selection was fantastic. The outdoor pool on the first floor though a little compact had a relax vibe and excellent view of the sea and, had full sun all day.
All the staff were polite and helpful. Had a lovely relaxing stay.

Cons:

I thought our balcony view could have been better and once the sun was on it, it was a bit hot to actually sit there. The bathroom smelled a bit.

Noisy location during evening.
Pros:

Staff were very courteous.

Cons:

As we had a port facing room (Which we payed for upgrade) - Did not sleep due to being opposite casino with constant cars taxis driving up and down - Pepple leaving the bars near to casino shouting singing - Just really noisy location not conducive to a restful nights sleep.

Pleasant but could be so much better.
Pros:

Breakfast was fair. The cava was discrete with no signs. No english breakfast teabags.Churros were overcooked. It was very busy.

Cons:

The room was very loud with cleaning staff in thr morning and the room above dragging what sounded like furniture late at night and early in the morning. The charge for late checkout was excessive.
Pool on first floor without warning and no compensation.

W pokoju słabo, w pozostałych częściach w porządku. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania Alicante.
Pros:

Części wspólne są dopracowane i zadbane, śniadanie jest znakomite - wszystkie produkty bardzo dobrej jakości, duży wybór. Sprawna i miła obsługa. Lokalizacja w centrum i jednocześnie z widokiem na morze jest bardzo dobra i robi wrażenie. Woda w basenach była zbyt zimna do kąpieli (na zewnątrz było od 28 do 23 stopni).

Cons:

Pokój był bardzo skromnie wyposażony, na niektórych meblach i urządzeniach był kurz, dwukrotnie odpadała klamka w łazience i dwa razy była naprawiana dzień po dniu. Towarzyszył nam przykry zapach kanalizacji w łazience, też zgłaszany do recepcji i neutralizowany przez pracowników jakimiś środkami. Wyposażenie pokoju było bardzo podstawowe , na wystroju i wyposażeniu hotel oszczędził zbyt mocno. Pokoje sprawiały wrażenie jakby były z jakiegoś innego hotelu, klasę niżej niżczęści wspólne. Jedynie łóżko było wygodne.
